- Perform proper purchasing procedure in accordance with the hotel policies and procedures: Monthly market list for food items, manage food and beverage price, review/ follow up all PR/PO and send daily PO in FutureLog, manage purchase contract/ request list, manage food safety and hygiene documentation….
- Maintain good relationship with user department and suppliers.
- Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time
- Must be familiar with most of the regular items procured by the hotel
- Ensure that purchases are not done in arms length and that no commission or other forms of rewards are compromised in the negotiation
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Related professional experience, preferable in hotel environment
- Honest, Organized, responsible and attention to detail
- Proficient in Excel, Word, MC software
