- Provide prompt and efficient services for guests according to the standard.
- Check all the arrival and due out list, check the room conditions and guests preferences. Prepare for checking-in or checking out.
- Coordinates with Housekeeping on the set up of amenities in Residence Club rooms prior to guests’ arrival.
- Welcome the Club arrival guest, escort them to the room, explain the hotel services, room facilities & arrange the welcome amenities.
- Well prepare the breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening cocktail.
- Complete every matters what assigned by guests, in case of difficulties, report to higher authorities.
- Sets up the Residence Club Lounge with amenities such as updated international newspapers, periodicals and magazines.
- Complete the section log book carefully, and hand over to next shift, especially for the important complaints and events.
- Performs check-ins and check-outs promptly and efficiently according to standards.
- To assist and handle Long Stay Guest account settlement and House Use account settlement.
- Communicates situations where guests are dissatisfied or experiencing a problem and offers the resolution to the Team Leader - Residence Club.
- Follows up on Traces and ensure complete update and Resolve Follows up on high balance account daily and alert Team Leader if account exceeded house limit.
- To checks and replenishes collateral and stationeries as required for daily operations. To handle and maintain all tools and equipment in department with appropriate care
- Coordinates with Housekeeping on the set up of amenities in the rooms prior to guests’ arrival
- Offer the assistance of Service Express to assist with the luggage and offer departure transportation if required.
- Performs Food and Beverage service to guests in the Lounge promptly and efficiently according to standards.
- Sets up the Residence Club Lounge with amenities such as updated international newspapers, periodicals and magazines.
- Ensures the Residence Club Lounge as well as buffet area are kept clean and tidy at all times throughout the day.
- Creates an organised, cooperative, and well-run work environment by completing shift checklist and following through on responsibilities.

- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good communication skill in English verbal, listening and writing
- Hotel Management or Business Degree preferred
