• To participate in the daily briefing with the HK Manager
• To understand and strictly adhere to the rules and regulations established in the Employees Handbook.
• To understand and strictly adhere to the hotel’s policy on fire, hygiene, Health and safety and to handle all equipment, utensils and uniforms with care
• To maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times.
• To maintain a good rapport and working relationship with staff of all other departments.
• To provide a courteous and professional service at all times.
• Ensure all guest rooms are ready and clean for each guest checking in
• Ensure that all room types are consistent with rates and descriptions
• Ensure all amenities are set up in all rooms
• Ensure mini bars are checked during daily servicing of rooms
• Up sell laundry services
• Ensure all public areas including toilets, bars, restaurants are kept clean and tidy
• Assist with the monthly inventory of housekeeping products and equipment
• Keep yourself up to date with the latest hospitality trends
• Ensure guest feedback is solicited during and following their stay with us
• To attend and contribute to all staff meetings and other related activities.
• Attend training as set by the resort management team
• To undertake any other reasonable tasks and secondary duties as set by Management

2. At least 2 year experience in housekeeping supervisory level
3. Good in inter-personality and supervisory skill
4. Proficiency in English
5. Good in driving results and people management and development
