- Monitors competitor’s activities and assists in marketing intelligence
- Identifies business opportunities
- Sells products and services to new, existing and prospective customers considering goals set forth in the sales strategy, negotiating optimum rate for the benefit of the business
- Develop and maintains contact with business generators closely allied to hotel business
- Represent the interest of clients and negotiate with hotel management to deliver what they ask for, where appropriate to build up credibility and relationship
- Builds profile within local marketplace through attendance at various events and local marketplace
- Entertain clients to build intelligence on market trends and customer needs as well as to develop close relationship
- Collect customer feedback and provide them to hotel management to contribute to improvement of hotel and respond if required
- Initiates and prepares tenders for business
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Assist with the preparation of new products and services
- Assist in the evaluation of sales and marketing activities
- Implement direction from Director of Sales or Assistant Director of Sales
- Giving training, supporting to Sales Executive
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Good English communication skills
- Knowledge of the principles and practices of supervision.
- Prefer: 1-2 year experience
