- Develop sales activities to achieve maximum sales of Citadines Central Binh Duong to current and prospective customers providing a mix of strategic and tactical solutions in a business-to-business selling environment.
- Effectively achieve or exceed sales goals set by the Director of Sales.
- Make sales calls on major key accounts, locally and overseas if necessary.
- Periodically contact clients to update the information which is necessary for business.
- Review rate recommendations to ensure a competitive position and maximize revenue.
- Maintain appropriate membership and attend industry functions as representative of Citadines Central Bình Dương
- Meet regularly with operating department heads through department heads meeting to review sales efforts and to ensure smooth co-operation in the coordination of the hotel
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management or Sales/Marketing preferred.
- Proven experience in Hotel Sales Management : 3–5 years
- English / Chinese communication skills
- Strong guest service orientation and outstanding attention to detail.
- Effective communication & negotiation skills
- Good analytical & planning skills.
- Resourceful and able to work independently.
