- Job Summary
Sales Manager is a results-driven hunter and relationship builder, responsible for generating and maximizing room, banquet, and catering revenue from defined market segments. This role focuses on proactive selling, account management, and converting leads into confirmed business to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Key Responsibilities
Revenue Generation: Actively prospect, solicit, and negotiate with clients in assigned segments (e.g., Corporate, MICE, Travel Agents, Leisure). Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets for rooms and events.
Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts. Conduct sales calls, site inspections, and presentations. Prepare and deliver persuasive proposals and contracts.
Market Segmentation & Strategy: Focus on specific market segments as defined (e.g., Corporate, MICE, Long Stay). Implement sales action plans for assigned territories/segments.
Lead Management & Conversion: Manage leads from inquiry to conversion using the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, Opera SFA). Conduct follow-ups to close business.
Reporting & Coordination: Maintain accurate account records and sales activity reports. Collaborate closely with the Operations and Events teams to ensure seamless execution of booked business.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
3-5 years of proven sales experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a sales role within the hotel industry.
Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills. Proficiency in CRM software.
Dynamic, self-motivated, and a strong networker.
Fluency in English and Vietnamese. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
