- Be responsible and mainly in-charge of Business for both International and local
- Coordinate with Sales Danang and Hanoi for International/ Local group bookings
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers/ loyalty clients to fully understand their needs.
- Builds profile within the local marketplace through attendance at various events and local marketplace.
- Entertain clients to build intelligence on market trends and customer needs as well as to develop a close relationship
- Planning events in conjunction with the client.
- Presenting and Selling available and suitable banquet/event options to the highest possible standard.
- Ensure the complete administration and execution of all planned events.
- Assist in development and solicitation of Banquet and event package plans and aimed at conference business and encourage repeat business.
- Attend trade and travel shows of various market areas for promoting hotel event business.
- Receiving, handling, and converting Meetings, Events, and Group inquiries. (when the group arrives until group checks out, Issue BEO and General Information, welcome guests upon check-in and see off group check out).
- Communicate with concerned departments to ensure the MICE groups’ requests, deposit, payment, and expectations met
- Work with Chef for menus and special food requests from the guests
- Work closely with Sales Manager, Director of Sales and FB Manager for new packages /products/ promotions to raise revenue and up-selling of hotel facilities or services for the resort
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Good English communication skills
- Knowledge of the principles and practices of supervision.
- Prefer: 1-2 year experience
