Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, English, Law, etc, preferably in HR Management. Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management or Professional/Organizational Learning is strongly preferred. Professional Certificate in HR (SHRM, HRCI, AHRI, etc..) is a plus,5+ years of working experience in HR Management with relevant practical working experience in Learning & Development for the medium-sized multinational hi-tech manufacturing organization (light industry) of developing, implementing and evaluating appropriate interventions in regard to L&D function.Skilled at developing and implementing aggressive learning plans with a full cycle of learning process, from Training Need Analysis, budgeting, implementation & delivery to evaluation and professional people development strategy in support of company goals.
