- Oversee daily spa operations: Manage guest service, product quality, inventory, systems, and departmental budgets to ensure smooth and effective spa performance
- Maximize revenue opportunities: Develop spa menus and implement marketing and merchandising strategies to support revenue growth and enhance the guest experience
- Maintain spa facilities: Ensure spa areas and equipment are well-maintained, clean, and in excellent working order
- Enhance guest satisfaction: Monitor service trends, respond to feedback, and implement improvements to elevate the overall spa experience
- Inspire and develop the team: Supervise, coach, and mentor team members; conduct performance evaluations, provide professional development opportunities, and recognize achievements to build, engage, and retain a high-performing team
- Uphold regulatory standards: Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member wellbeing
- Inventory & Resource Management: Manage spa supplies, products, and equipment inventory, ensuring timely reordering and effective cost control while maintaining quality standards. Oversee vendor relationships and ensure all treatment products are high-quality and meet guest expectations.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Previous experience in a spa management or supervisory role, preferably in a luxury or hotel setting.
- Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Strong understanding of spa treatments, products, and wellness trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-centric approach.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and spa operations.
