To ensure inventory control in receiving, storing, issuing, replenishment and recording of stock. Maintain and ensure cleanliness and tidiness of store room.
Ensure the quality and quantity of incoming goods meet the standards and all goods are properly stored and all issues are carried out according to hotel policies and procedures.
Ensure all stock movements are recorded properly, accurately and timely.
Check and ensure the store room for cleanliness and tidiness at all times.
Check all security and fire precaution measures during working hours and when leaving.
Timely prepare of Purchase requisition for replenishment.
Prepare monthly slow-moving list to the cost controller.
Assists controller on monthly/yearly stock-taking.

Provide employees with the training and resources they need to maximize employee engagement and deliver Yes I Can! service and teamwork

Performs other duties required to provide the service brand behavior and genuine hospitality
Adheres to hotel policies and procedures
Keeps immediate Supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance.
Communicate effectively with guests, co-workers and the manager
Performs all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with established company policies and procedures to achieve the overall objectives of this position
Maintains a favourable working relationship with all other hotel employees to foster and promote a co-operative and harmonious working environment
At all times projects a favourable image of the Hotel to the public
Assist in the development of the Hotel business plan and ensure an overall understanding of its departmental goals and objectives
Attends work on time as scheduled
Follows safety and security rules and procedures
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
One-year experience in Hotel Store Keeper.
High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree in hospitality preferred
Collaborate effectively with other hotel employees and managers to ensure teamwork
Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
