As TA & HRBP Manager, you will be responsible for designing and implementing recruitment strategies aimed at attracting, sourcing, and onboarding top talents in line with the company's objectives. This position is pivotal in elevating the organization's employer brand to position it as an employer of choice; partnering with Segment Directors and COE HR professionals in mapping out workforce needs and implementing talent development initiatives to drive business growth; and enhancing employee experience and engagement.That’s year one. Leads university partnerships, employer branding, and strategic talent pipeline initiatives• Oversees workforce planning, aligns hiring with long-term business goals• Uses hiring data for strategic workforce planning and optimization• Develops and implements recruitment policies and hiring processes. Ensures recruitment policies align with long-term workforce planning• Recommend hiring standards, selection criteria and job requirements (knowledge, skills and experience) to fulfill the current and future business plans of the organisation. • Lead to execute recruitment plans in collaboration with business leaders to ensure open positions are successfully filled. • Develop a database of contacts to facilitate access to potential recruits of the organisation to allow proactive and immediate sourcing of qualified candidates when the need arises.• Oversees onboarding experience to ensure seamless integration of new hiresHR Business Partner (60%):• Facilitate talent review sessions to identify and manage high-performing individuals for critical roles within the Segment• Implement and facilitate succession planning program to identify and groom individuals to take over leadership roles within the Segment• In collaboration with Segment Directors, define learning and development needs based on business and staff capability needs• Oversees career path and leadership pipeline development• Develop exit interviews to gather insights for improvement plan and action• Participate with Segment Directors in rolling-out employee engagement activities to motivate employees and to deliver Company and Segment requirements• Manage labor relations to achieve work harmony and progress towards Segment and Company objectives• Keep abreast of market and employee trends and offer proactive solutions and input to shape retention strategies for Segment

• Bachelor Degree in HR Management, Business Administration or similar major;• Having at least 5 years of relevant working experience in Human Resources Management.
