Treasury Specialist / Centralized Payment Officer

Role OverviewThe Treasury Specialist is responsible for managing the company’s cash flow, ensuring timely and accurate payments, optimizing liquidity, and maintaining relationships with financial institutions. This role plays a key part in safeguarding financial stability and supporting strategic financial planning.Key Responsibilities1. Cash Flow & Liquidity ManagementMonitor daily cash balances and forecast short-term and long-term cash needs.Ensure sufficient liquidity to meet operational and financial obligations.Prepare cash flow reports and variance analysis.2. Payment Execution & ControlProcess domestic and international payments accurately and on time.Verify payment requests, ensure proper documentation and approvals.Maintain payment schedules and ensure compliance with internal policies.3. Banking & Financial Institution CoordinationLiaise with banks for fund transfers, FX transactions, and loan drawdowns.Manage bank accounts, update signatories, and ensure optimal banking structure.Negotiate banking fees and services.4. Treasury Operations & ReconciliationReconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.Monitor and manage intermediary accounts (e.g., e-wallets, payment gateways).Support automation and digitalization of treasury processes.5. Reporting & CompliancePrepare treasury-related reports for management and auditors.Ensure compliance with local regulations and internal controls.Support internal and external audits related to treasury activities.
