Đóng vai trò là chuyên gia kỹ thuật trong lĩnh vực AI, chịu trách nhiệm thiết kế, phát triển và triển khai các mô hình AI phục vụ bài toán thực tiễn như xử lý ngôn ngữ tự nhiên (NLP), thị giác máy tính (Computer Vision), gợi ý sản phẩm, phân tích dữ liệu… Đặc biệt, bạn sẽ tập trung vào các ứng dụng NLP trong lĩnh vực chăm sóc khách hàng, bao gồm chatbot, callbot, phân tích phản hồi khách hàng, trích xuất thông tin từ văn bản, v.v.
