Use of structured language and proper formatting to ensure reports are easily understood by both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Attention to Detail: Document all relevant information (e.g., steps to reproduce, expected vs. actual results, environment details) accurately. Capture and include necessary screenshots, logs, and error messages. Analytical Thinking: Evaluate and summarize complex issues in a way that highlights root causes and potential impacts.
