MỤC ĐÍCH CÔNG VIỆCHỗ trợ thực hiện kế hoạch bán hàng khu vực phù hợp với các mục tiêu phân phối, bao phủ và khối lượng hàng bán ra.Quản lý nhà phân phối và hệ thống bán lẻ được chỉ định trong các khu vực được phân công để đáp ứng các mục tiêu phân phối và khối lượng hàng bán ra.Vị trí này làm việc tại HN. Báo cáo phân cấp cho Quản lí Bán hàng (ASM)TRÁCH NHIỆM- Phụ trách các thị trường được phân công (nhiều tỉnh) với các nhà phân phối, đại lý (nhà bán lẻ…);- Quản lý tín dụng các nhà phân phối và nhà bán lẻ chính để đảm bảo thanh toán kịp thời cho Công ty;- Quản lý hiệu suất mục tiêu của nhà phân phối theo cấu trúc được thiết kế theo KPI bao gồm nhưng không giới hạn ở lượng hàng bán ra, hàng tồn kho, dự báo bán hàng, đơn đặt hàng;- Kiểm soát việc đạt được mục tiêu của nhà phân phối về số lượng, doanh thu, kết hợp sản phẩm (hàng tháng, hàng quý, hàng năm);- Thường xuyên viếng thăm khách hàng trong khu vực quản lý, xây dựng mối quan hệ với khách hàng tiềm năng như một cầu nối đáng tin cậy giữa nhà phân phối và đại lý, nhà bán lẻ để hỗ trợ bán hàng và mở rộng phạm vi bán hàng;- Triển khai đầy đủ và thành công các khoản đầu tư của công ty đến đúng đối tượng khách hàng bao gồm các chương trình xúc tiến bán hàng, các hoạt động tiếp thị và các hỗ trợ khác;- Hỗ trợ các yêu cầu của khách hàng với trách nhiệm cao nhất (dịch vụ sau bán hàng, khiếu nại về chất lượng, thông tin sản phẩm, tài liệu tiếp thị…);- Dẫn dắt một nhóm các đại diện bán hàng (nhân viên thị trường) bao gồm nhưng không giới hạn việc thiết kế và kiểm tra thăm quan cửa hàng hàng ngày, kiểm soát mục tiêu và kết quả, đào tạo và huấn luyện với sự hỗ trợ từ người quản lý trực tiếp;- Thu thập thông tin thị trường theo yêu cầu và báo cáo với trưởng phòng kinh doanh các đề xuất, kiến nghị phù hợp (nếu có);- Các nhiệm vụ khác theo yêu cầu của quản lý.

MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC- Tìm kiếm và phát triển khách hàng tiềm năng trong lĩnh vực Vận tải Nội địa – Quốc tế, mở rộng thị trường mục tiêu. Xây dựng kế hoạch kinh doanh, mở rộng và phát triển dịch vụ Logistics của Công ty.- Quản lý, giao chỉ tiêu cho NVKD, triển khai kế hoạch, thúc đẩy các hoạt động kinh doanh đảm bảo hoàn thành tốt các chỉ tiêu KPI tại đơn vị.- Tham mưu cho BGĐ đơn vị về chiến lược, kế hoạch, phương án hoạt động kinh doanh và đề xuất các chiến lược kinh doanh phù hợp cho từng giai đoạn.- Tiếp nhận, phối hợp với các bộ phận giải quyết, xử lý phản ánh, khiếu nại của khách hàng nhanh chóng và đạt hiệu quả nhất trong quá trình kinh doanh.

Analyze user stories, use cases, and requirements for validity and feasibility. Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases. Perform all levels of testing, including Functional, Integration, System, and Regression.   Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve issues. Provide clear test reports and feedback to the development team and manager.

Evaluate business needs and provide scalable technology solutions with a focus on performance and resiliency in terms of software/application specifications and design documents based on architectural blueprints designed by the solution architect and/or Head of Digital Technology. Analyze current technologies used within the company and determine ways to improve. Presents and defends architectural, design, and technical choices to support our technology goals. Provide the development team with architectural blueprints to follow. Guide and assist the development team in resolving technical issues throughout the development process to ensure consistency with initial design, and to ensure software meets all requirements of quality, availability, performance, security, etc. via critical steps of Technical Design and Code Reviews, refactoring of application state, etc. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with coding or design. Develops high-quality code that follows industry standard best practices and considers performance and resiliency. Ensure that the work plan is properly assigned, major timelines are cascaded with the Digital Technology team and the correct documentation is in place and communicated regularly. Carry out the day-to-day tasks such as stand-up calls, meetings, deployments, and relevant important activities. Support leading and mentoring engineers to achieve a greater level of programming skills. Ensure corrective and preventive maintenance and service requests are prioritized and properly delivered. Ensure that service, operational, and support requirements are taken into consideration and solutions are ready to be transitioned to the live. Responsible for ensuring that sufficient testing of solutions has taken place to minimize any disruption during the transition to live. Ensure that the right levels of communication are provided, relationships around the business are developed and nurtured and the expectations of key stakeholders are managed. Improve the product quality and productivity over time. Work closely with cross-functional teams to successfully monitor the progress of initiatives.

Develop and Maintain web services: create, manage web services and interfaces; modify and improve existing systems for better performance and usability. Testing and Debugging: perform tests, troubleshoot software, and fix bugs to ensure high-quality code. Work with actual factory data to drive innovative solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features. Implementing systems at the factory, directly handling issues on-site the production line. Documentation: write and maintain technical documentation for code and processes.
