OVERVIEW:We are looking for an Information Security & IT HelpDesk Manager to strengthen our security and IT operations. In this role, you will work proactively to improve our company's security and IT systems. You will create and carry out plans based on company situations, working closely with teams with a global organization. This position requires someone who can take initiative, set high standards, and bring the entire company on board to achieve objectives. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:IT Governance:
Lead risk assessment processes and implement mitigation strategies
Develop and conduct security awareness training programs tailored to the local context
Manage security incident response procedures
Evaluate compliance with the group information security standards and implement improvements in the company operation.
Understand and implement control requirements and regulations from the information security department and the legal department in the headquarters.
Corporate Security:
Oversee network, endpoint and device security
Collaborate with teams in Japan to optimize operational efficiency while maintaining security
Aligning with the group direction to develop and implement security-conscious productivity solutions.
IT Operations (IT Helpdesk) (only ~20% job tasks)
Improve and maintain Corporate IT operations for a 100+ employee organization, such as device and account management processes.
Hands-on management of devices, office facilities, software accounts, office network, IT help desk.
Manage local Corporate IT team members.
