Job Description- Responsible for the setup and performance of equipment and test setups for clients.- Builds and/or adapts setup and test equipment for performance of tests.- Examines test samples and reads blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, measuring instruments, and operational instructions.- Follows basically defined test plans and datasheets.- Evaluates test performance and sample operation to properly evaluate test results.- Records and explains test results and completes test report.- Builds and/or adapts setup and test equipment to new situations, based on data sheets and instructions from engineering department personnel.- May direct staff in test setups.- Examines less complex customer samples and learns to operate appropriate tests for each case with necessary supervision/support.- Communicates with customers during setup and operation to ensure proper evaluation.- Operates designated machines and special laboratory equipment.- Performs routine maintenance of designated test equipment and laboratory area.- May perform basic verification of test equipment.- Reads and understands specific test standards and testing technology for scope of responsibility with necessary supervision/support.- Initiates recommendations for new equipment designs and recommends solutions to observed test problems.- Receives instructions from and reports data to engineers and engineering management.- May communicate with clients during test setups to discuss test methods and/or test results.- Operates with minimal supervision within defined limits of responsibility.- Records observed or calculated data on appropriate UL forms and prepares data sheets and test reports.- May plan tests, evaluate test results and report opinions and interpretations, as directed. Integrates basic continuous improvement concepts and techniques into all aspects of the job.- Communicates with management and technical staff to provide suggestions for new equipment, processes, and forms to improve accuracy and efficiencies.Responsibilities- Perform safety and performance testing of electric power tools in accordance with UL, IEC, relevant international standards, or customer-specific protocols.- Manage samples throughout the process, from receipt to disposal or return to clients.- Complete testing activities as per the project’s Estimated Completion Date (ECD).- Maintain proper 5S standards in the laboratory to ensure a clean and organized workspace.- Collaborate closely with the Project Engineer and ensure accurate completion of test datasheets with high quality and traceability.- Manage laboratory testing equipment, including creating calibration plans and coordinating with third-party laboratories for onsite calibration or shipping equipment for external calibration.

- Monitor and improve production yield in processes such as Mold, Laser, Dispenser, Saw, Sputter, etc.- Set up production programs based on initial customer drawings.- Optimize programs and troubleshoot process errors.- Design jigs and carriers to support production.- Analyze and investigate issue, collaborate with related departments and customers.

• Develops the logic design, register transfer level (RTL) coding, simulation.• Participates and collaborates in the definition of architecture and microarchitecture features of the block, subsystem, and SoC.• Develops HVM content for rapid bring up and ramp to production on the automatic test equipment (ATE).• Optimizes logic to qualify the design to meet power, performance, area, timing, test coverage, DPM, and test time/vector memory reduction goals as well as design integrity for physical implementation.• Reviews the verification plan and drives verification of the design to achieve desired architecture and microarchitecture specifications.• Ensures design features are verified correctly and resolves and implements corrective measures for failing RTL tests to ensure correctness of features.• Integrates blocks into functional IP and SoC and supports SoC customers to ensure high quality integration of the IP block.• Collaborates with post-silicon and manufacturing team to verify the feature on silicon, support debug requirements, and document all learnings and improvements requirement in design and validation.• Drives high test coverage through structural and specific IP tests to achieve the quality and DPM objectives of the product and develops HVM content for rapid bring up and production on the ATE.

1. Project Management:- Responsible for multiple projects from opportunity analysis, site investigations, data collection, initial development & defining design criteria, developing calculations to support the sizing of unit processes construction administration, commissioning & performance testing, technical reports preparation, specifications of Infrastructure Equipment project, project coordination, permitting, operations and monitoring of long-term key performance indicators.- Lead and execute the preparation of construction documents including plans and specifications. - Performing and/or monitoring all engineering aspects of Infrastructure Equipment projects with external consultants, engineers, vendors, and subcontractor partners.- Support project pricing effort in partnership with the project team; Bid packages, subcontractor qualification, subcontractor bid-walks, use of third-party consultants, bid reviews, value engineering, evaluation of life cycle and long-term service agreements, etc.- Receives general supervision on routine items which are performed according to established standards and procedures and receives specific work instruction regarding non-routine matters and deadlines.- Achieving financial objectives through efficient utility operation, cost improvement actions and optimal cost options.2.
