1. Đảm bảo thiết kế ECN chính xác và đáp ứng yêu cầu giao hàng.2. Xử lý các bất thường về chất lượng bằng các giải pháp tạm thời trong vòng nửa giờ, nhanh chóng khôi phục sản xuất, xác định nguyên nhân gốc rễ trong vòng 48 giờ, phân tích và theo dõi bằng các giải pháp và cải tiến dài hạn cho đến khi hoàn tất.3. Tối ưu hóa quy trình và máy trạm trên dây chuyền sản xuất để cải thiện sự cân bằng trong dây chuyền.4. Tăng cường tự động hóa và số hóa để giảm nhân lực và nâng cao hiệu quả.

• Vận hành, giám sát hoạt động của thiết bị như thiết bị trên dây truyền sản xuất theo đúng quy trình và hướng dẫn• Đảm bảo chất lượng sản phẩm, hiệu suất thiết bị , tiêu hao vật tư đạt mục tiêu• Kiểm soát thông số theo tiêu chuẩn, hỗ trợ bảo tri trì thiết bị• Các nhiệm vụ sẽ được trao đổi trực tiếp trong quá trình phỏng vấn.

Automech là nhà thầu tham gia vào việc thiết kế và cung cấp thiết bị cho dây chuyền sản xuất ô tô cho dự án Khu Công nghiệp sản xuất, lắp ráp ô tô Kim Long Motor Huế. Hiện nay công ty cần tuyển nhiều vị trí nhân sự gia nhập đội ngũ triển khai dự án với nhiều phúc lợi hấp dẫn. vị trí Kỹ sư Cơ điện (Điều hòa, thông gió, ống công nghiệp):- Thiết kế, giám sát và triển khai thi công các hệ thống cơ điện bao gồm:+ Hệ thống điều hòa không khí (HVAC): chiller, AHU,...+ Hệ thống thông gió và hút khí: quạt cấp – hút, ống gió, lọc bụi, lọc khí, khí thải công nghiệp.+ Hệ thống ống công nghiệp: hệ thống PCCC, khí công nghiệp- Phối hợp với nhà thầu, đội thi công, đơn vị cung cấp thiết bị để đảm bảo việc lắp đặt và nghiệm thu đúng tiêu chuẩn kỹ thuật.

Key Responsibilities:• Lead development and specification of printed and non-printed film and printed nonwovens across the EM region, covering both BCC and AFC categories.• Review and approve artwork designs, ensuring alignment with cutter layout and product requirements.• Manage and maintain color source control for each supplier; ensure strong collaboration with suppliers, sub-suppliers, and the Safety Clearance team to meet color accuracy and safety standards.• Act as a key connector between Design, Engineering, Product, and Marketing teams to align on artwork direction and approve color proofs.• Work on-site with suppliers to run material trials, qualify new materials, and approve color trials for commercial and innovation projects.• Work closely with suppliers to resolve issues with commercial materials, initiate new projects, and monitor timelines across different countries.• Collaborate with Procurement to select suppliers that align with strategic goals, project needs, and ensure long-term material stability.• Explore and develop new material technologies for innovation, including eco-friendly solutions and basic weight reduction for LCM.• Provide technical support and guidance on printing technologies, color matching, and design feasibility—experience in design and printing is a strong advantage.

- Conduct all routine, special test on a transformer and accessories function test as instructed by the team leader. - Ensure that all tests are conducted as per plan so that the transformer is dispatched as per schedule. - In case of any failure while testing, analyse the failure and report the details to the team leader.- Be responsible for testing equipment maintenance, hand tools be tidy, clean, maintain 5S in test area.- When a customer comes to factory for witnessing test, resolve various queries of customers.- As high voltage used for testing safety is the prime importance, use of all relevant PPE while carrying out the tests, following safety instruction in test area strictly- Carry out other tasks, as assigned by the Test manager
