Position Quality as an independent assurance organization (4 eyes principle) to secure top-class quality where it matters the most. Function as “business consultant”, the single point of contact to product teams (creation and manufacturing) on product integrity inquiries. Single contact point of Liaison Office (LO) teams and suppliers to implement a right-the-first-time culture and execution of quality assurance procedures within the assigned operations areas. As a Commercial Air-conditioner Technical Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for: - Collaborate with service teams, customer technicians, and service centers to ensure after-sales issues are resolved promptly and effectively.- Oversee on-site supervision and commissioning of MRV systems, providing technical guidance and installation support throughout the project lifecycle.- Conduct technical, installation, and after-sales training for installers, customers, and service partners on both LCAC and MRV product lines.- Manage after-sales related matters, including spare parts availability, maintenance support, and service quality assurance.- Others as assigned by Line Manager.

Main Responsibilities- Manage open-warehouse(s) of woodchips for all matters included but not limited to goods inflow and outflow, goods’ quality, inventory loss, operation cost control- Quality control: Surveil the processes of sampling and testing; Control quality and moisture content of inventory; Manage foreign matters and contamination in stockyard; Provide technical support to suppliers (local chipmills)- Lead team of 6-8 QC for operation at site, shift arrangement for QC team in line with company policy and Viet Nam labour law.
