The employee recognizes that they may be required to undertake work that is outside of the specifics of this job description from time to time, as required and requested to do so for the good operations of IG Asia Vietnam, and they agree to undertake all reasonable and lawful instructions provided to them.Responsibilities:• Perform duties assigned by MEP Pre-construction manager/Design Manager/Design Director, and ensure all duties are undertaken within the required timeframe.• Prepare concept, basic and detail design drawings in Revit MEP and Auto CAD MEP, ensuring that the design is undertaken in accordance with local codes and international standards.• Undertake all necessary design calculations and analysis along with schematic diagrams and select appropriate equipment size.• Liaise with the project architects, other engineering disciplines, sub-consultants and clients as required.• Undertake site visits as required.• Undertake quality assurance checking of drawings and calculations self-produced and that of other team members as directed by Manager/Director.• Ensure that all drawings are reviewed and checked before submission to the Manager/Director and are also checked by the Team Leader (if any) prior to external issue.• Assist the Manager/Director and team leader (if any) in producing the design specifications, design reports and finalizing all design calculations as required.• Review shop drawings and material submissions from contractor/construction manager.• Follow Company’s design procedures, professional standards/rules.• Liaise with contractors and undertake site inspection duties as required.• Perform the duties under the assigned task of Manager/Director or Team Leader (if any) within the time frame.• Propose technical innovations for the Manager/Director or Team Leader (if any) to improve the design.• Assist the MEP pre-construction manager in preparing equipment & material quantity take-off and cost estimate from the design.• Prepare equipment & material technical schedules and submit to Manager/Director or Team Leader (if any) for review and validation

1. Cải tiến quy trình sản suất tại các phân xưởng/dây chuyền sản xuất.2. Xây dựng định mức nguyên vật liệu phụ cho các dây chuyền sản xuất. 3. Xây dựng định mức năng suất lao động cho sản phẩm4. Xử lý các vấn đề phát sinh trong quá trình sản xuất (liên quan đến quy trình, kỹ thuật) 5. Thực hiện cải tiến theo kế hoạch và báo cáo cấp trên. 6. Phân tích Ebom, phối hợp với sản xuất cải tiến, giảm chi phí, tối ưu hóa dây chuyền sản xuất, năng suất lao động.

I. GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE POSITIONThe position holder is responsible for technical supervision and maintenance of production machinery and equipment, ensure they always operate smoothly and safely to serve production goals.II. MAIN ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES1. Maintenance Planning• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs.• Plan and perform maintenance and repairs effectively to minimize downtime and ensure reliability of machinery and equipment.• Forecast necessary spare parts and having appropriate purchasing plans to ensure timely and effective maintenance and repair work.2. Production Equipment, machine Management• Manage Mechanical and Electrical Workshop.• Carry out repair and maintenance tasks and provide technical engineering service for production.• Manage, organize and control all repair work and delegate specific tasks to the team.• Supervise and follow up on actual progress of each repair and maintenance activity.• Detect errors and faults on machines and equipment in case of malfunction.• Supervise greasing work on machines (according to greasing manual).• Engineer and manufacture machine parts, devices, spare parts, components as needed.• Supervise repair and maintenance work carried out by external third parties.• Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for equipment failures to have the preventive actions.• Prepare and analyze relevant maintenance reports.• Coordinate with production, quality and logistics departments to ensure equipment readiness.3. Team management• Supervise, assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide instruction to maintenance team to ensure work is performed effectively.• Promote a culture of safety, quality, teamwork and continuous improvement.4. Budget and Cost control• Obtain cost estimates for devices, tools, spare parts in cooperation with the superior and the purchasing department.• Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance.5. Safety & Compliance • Ensure that safety regulations are observed and safety equipment are used by the team.• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with GMP, ISO, FSSC 22000 and other internal requirements.• Adhere to all the Company's policies, procedures and business ethics code and ensure that they are communicated and implemented within maintenance team.• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, calibration, and equipment history.• Coordinate in audits and inspections when needed.• Coordinate in incident investigations when necessary.

Ensure QPs compliance (Sanitation, Hygienic design, Pest control, GMP, utility requirements) are updated, deployed & maintain entire plant• Update and build GMP deployment plan to entire plant including contractors, visitors working in the plant• Ensure update and deployment plan for QPs (Sanitation, pest control, Hygienic design, Utility requirements) to entire plan to comply with MDLZ system & local regulation, export country regulation1.1 Hygienic design: Be responsible to update, deploy the QP for hygienic design requirements entire plant- Be responsible for the existing equipment, and new equipment comply with the requirements- Be responsible to ensure HBD, HED checklist assessment complete in early risk assessment phase of project- Be responsible to ensure the Q&FSS requirements are assessed in FAT, SAT and all the gaps must be closed before commissioning1.2 Sanitation• Be representative plant to work with sanitation supplier to have effective sanitation plan & cleaning/sanitation method.• Leading the periodically cleaning validation & verification program is maintained & effective entire plant• Be responsible for the overhead cleaning, PIC/PEC cleaning entire plant• Be responsible for the allergen cleaning effective entire plant (Validation, verification for CCL cleaning)• Co-ordinate with sanitation party to do sanitation improvement project (Chemical using, method cleaning...).1.3. Pest control• Be representative plant to work with Pest control party to have effective pest control plan (Layout bait, trap, ILT....)• Be responsible to Co-work with pest control party to solve pest contamination incident /infestation incident/complaint to have RCA, CAPA ONTIF•Periodically evaluation the performance of Pest control party.• Be representative plant team to update sanitation KPI, pest control KPI in the plant.1.4 Utility• Ensure all requirements for utility (Water, steam, air pressure....) are comply with Mondelez policy, regulation & FSSC 22000 requirements2. Health check the QP compliance• Be responsible to health check process for QPs compliance (Sanitation, Hygienic design, Pest control, GMP, utility requirements)• Lead to work with relevant team to ensure all gaps related 4QPs (Sanitation, pest control, EM, GMP) will be closed OTIF post internal & external audit (Internal audit, global audit, FSSC 22000, government audit....)3. Be SME to give the technical solution & consult team for all requirements to comply & improve continuously with Mondelez system, regulation, & FSSC 22000 requirements4.
