Write and execute manual test cases to check software functionality and performance. Work with developers to find, report, and fix bugs. Use tools (ex: Jira) to track and document issues. Create and update test plans and cases for new and existing features. Understand the software and how customers use it. Collaborate with teams to deliver products that meet customer needs on time.
