Phân tích & Quản lý Yêu cầu: Làm việc trực tiếp với Product Manager và khách hàng để thu thập, phân tích và làm rõ các yêu cầu nghiệp vụ. Phân rã các yêu cầu cấp cao thành User Stories, Use Cases, và Sơ đồ luồng quy trình (Process Flows) chi tiết. Xây dựng và quản lý các tài liệu quan trọng như BRD, SRS. Ứng dụng các công cụ AI để tăng tốc độ phân tích tài liệu, tóm tắt phỏng vấn và phát hiện các điểm thiếu sót trong yêu cầu. Thiết kế & Trực quan hóa Giải pháp: Thiết kế wireframe, mockup và prototype cho sản phẩm bằng các công cụ như Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD. Xây dựng và duy trì các sơ đồ luồng, mô hình trực quan để minh họa cho giải pháp. Phối hợp & Vận hành Dự án: Là đầu mối liên lạc, giải thích rõ ràng yêu cầu nghiệp vụ cho đội ngũ phát triển (Development Team). Tham gia các buổi Grooming Backlog, lên kế hoạch cho Sprint. Phối hợp chặt chẽ với đội ngũ Đảm bảo chất lượng (QA/QC) để rà soát Test Cases, đảm bảo sản phẩm đáp ứng đúng yêu cầu. Tham gia nghiệm thu sản phẩm (UAT) cùng khách hàng. Biên soạn tài liệu hướng dẫn sử dụng, ghi chú phát hành (Release Notes) và tổ chức các buổi đào tạo cho người dùng cuối.
