Crash Test- Execute the full crash test procedure, including vehicle preparation, installation of sensors, measurement devices, and dummies, as well as operating the crash test system.- Perform static measurements, weight calibration, oil draining/filling, painting, and application of reference labels before testing.- Set up high-speed cameras, lighting systems, and data acquisition equipment to capture the entire testing process.- Analyze sensor data and video footage, assess vehicle structural deformation, and evaluate dummy injuries after impact.- Ensure that all testing procedures comply with international safety standards (FMVSS, Euro NCAP, AIS, etc.).1.2. • Tìm kiếm, tiếp cận và xúc tiến đầu tư hạ tầng viễn thông cho các dự án: Chung cư, tòa nhà văn phòng, khu đô thị, khu công nghiệp, khách sạn, resort và các cơ sở kinh doanh dịch vụ lưu trú…• Đàm phán, thương lượng và tiến hành các thủ tục ký kết hợp đồng với Chủ đầu tư/Ban quản lý/Ban quản trị các tòa nhà Building để đầu tư hạ tầng sẵn sàng cho việc khai thác các Dịch vụ viễn thông của FPT (Internet, Truyền hình FPT, thuê kênh viễn thông, Camera, Smart City, Smart Home, phần mềm quản lý Khách sạn, các Dịch vụ hỗ trợ Doanh nghiệp….).• Duy trì và phát triển mối quan hệ với các đối tác và các bên liên quan.• Phối hợp, hỗ trợ các đơn vị liên quan, hoàn thiện các thủ tục cần thiết nhằm cung cấp dịch vụ viễn thông, công nghệ thông tin và đảm bảo duy trì quá trình triển khai bán hàng của FPT Telecom tại các dự án.• Thực hiện các công tác báo cáo, đào tạo và các công việc khác theo sự phân công của cấp trên.• Phối hợp các bộ phận liên quan xử lý các vấn đề (nếu có) trong quá trình vận hành và triển khai của các dự án thuộc đơn vị quản lý

Product Strategy & Vision• Define and communicate the vision and strategic direction for IoT-based products that align with One Mount’s ecosystem goals.• Collaborate with business leaders, data teams, and engineers to identify user needs and market opportunities within the IoT domain (e.g., smart devices, smart home, smart retail, supply chain visibility).• Translate strategic business objectives into detailed product roadmaps and feature backlogs.Backlog Management• Own, prioritize, and refine the product backlog to ensure the delivery of maximum value in line with business objectives.• Write clear, concise user stories with acceptance criteria and work closely with UI/UX, engineering, and QA to deliver features effectively.• Balance feature enhancements, technical debt, and innovation opportunities within the development lifecycle.Stakeholder Engagement• Act as a central point of contact for IoT product development—bridging business, engineering, design, and operations.• Gather requirements and feedback from key stakeholders including internal teams, end-users, and external partners.• Present product plans, progress, and outcomes to senior management and relevant parties.Project Execution & Delivery• Drive agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) with the delivery teams.• Ensure timely delivery of product increments while maintaining alignment with broader ecosystem goals.• Monitor and evaluate product performance based on usage data, KPIs, and user feedback.Innovation & Continuous Improvement• Stay up to date with IoT trends, emerging technologies, and market benchmarks to drive innovation.• Identify and pilot new use cases that connect IoT data with One Mount's ecosystem (e.g., data analytics, AI automation, user personalization).• Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory standards applicable to IoT.
