Job ObjectiveThe Project Secretary is responsible for supporting project operations, monitoring progress, coordinating information, and ensuring close collaboration among all project stakeholders. This role plays a central part in connecting the project management board, design team, consultants, investors, contractors, and internal departments to ensure timely, high-quality, and compliant project execution.Key Responsibilities1. Project Scheduling & Coordination- Monitor, track, and push project progress according to the master schedule.- Collaborate with the technical team and stakeholders to resolve issues arising during project development.2. Document & File Management- Coordinate the receipt, processing, and issuance of documents between departments, contractors, and consultants.- Manage the project documentation system to ensure efficient storage and retrieval.- Review and verify documents before submission for approval.3. Contract & Payment Support- Assist in preparing bidding documents and monitor the design package tendering process.- Coordinate the review of payment documents from contractors/consultants prior to submission.- Support negotiation, drafting, and monitoring of design contract progress.4. Stakeholder Communication & Coordination- Act as the liaison between the company, the client/investor, and both local and international consultants.- Prepare meeting agendas, coordinate schedules, take minutes, and follow up on action items.- Support the accurate and complete communication of technical and administrative information to relevant parties.5. Specialized Translation & Interpretation- Translate technical documents, drawings, reports, and bidding files (English – Vietnamese / Vietnamese – English).- Provide interpretation during technical meetings and discussions with foreign partners when required.6. Reporting & Management System Support- Compile regular progress reports and updates on project implementation status as requested.- Propose solutions to address emerging issues during project execution.- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by management.

QAs are more than testers; they're team motivators and strive to inspire all teammates to weave quality into their mindsets and code. Job responsibilitiesAdvocate for quality being built into software and products and aspire to 'shift quality to the left' i.e. highlight and put measures for risk mitigations within the team as early as possible.Collaborate with cross-functional teammates to embed quality at every stage of product evolution from ideation to customer usage.Regularly carry out exploratory testing to gain insights and uncover potential risks.Offer improvements to code, tests, testability and suggest tools and frameworks.Examine end-to-end processes including test coverage across all layers of the tech stack, ensuring quality is embedded throughout.Contribute to the creation of a reliable and maintainable automated testing suite to ensure simple, effective analysis of failures and avoid any test case duplication.Alter team approach based on standards and regulations in certain industries.Coach the client's team and encourage them to adopt a quality mindset.Advocate QA expertise to the broader tech community in Thoughtworks, speaking at conferences and acting as a mentor for junior-level QAs.

Key ResponsibilitiesDesign & implement scalable backend architectures using Python (FastAPI, Flask, or Django).Build and optimize AI-powered backend services, integrating models and inference pipelines with minimal latency.Develop and manage cloud infrastructure on Azure (AKS, App Services, Azure Functions, Azure Storage, etc.).Implement task orchestration and parallel computing workflows using multithreading, multiprocessing, and asynchronous execution for compute-intensive workloads.Design auto-scaling mechanisms to dynamically allocate compute resources (VMs, containers, GPUs) based on workload or active users.Integrate and optimize databases (PostgreSQL, Redis, or similar) for data persistence, caching, and fast retrieval.Collaborate with AI and FE engineers to deploy and serve machine learning models efficiently (batch or real-time inference).Monitor and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks, ensuring uptime, fault tolerance, and system reliability.Contribute to DevOps and CI/CD pipelines, automating deployment and testing workflows.Mentor junior engineers and review code for best practices and maintainability.

• Record all transactions related to cash in banks, check documents and prepare payment.• Check record of all invoices of selling at correct account title.• Record all transactions related to office expenses, prepaid expenses, fixed assets.• Prepare monthly VAT reports.• Other tasks as required.

Sales Area: • Develop business opportunities with agents/ partners in the network and arrange sales meetings with prospective corporate clients.• Searching new clients and developing new business with local shipper/ consignee, local factories under IVTRANS ‘s service.• Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance.• Constantly update information on the market.• Identify service improvements or new services by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.• Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.• Work alongside the business in the areas of strategy, sales operations and financial goals of the department.Training & Development Area:• Participate in the recruitment process of the Sales Team.• Recognize their talents and continuously train, develop all team members.• Weekly meet with the Sales Team and support them.
