You’ll work closely with developers, Product Managers, and stakeholders to help the team stay focused, remove blockers, and continuously improve.WHAT YOU WILL DOFacilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to keep the team aligned and productive.Promote self-organization and team accountability while supporting the delivery of high-quality work.Support the team in identifying and resolving impediments, escalating when necessary.Help maintain Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) and visualize team progress through dashboards and metrics.Encourage open communication, psychological safety, and a culture of continuous improvement.Collaborate with mentors and senior Scrum Masters to grow your facilitation and Agile coaching skills.
