We are hiring across two core tracks. A. Business Analyst (Business Intelligence) Role PurposeThis role owns how Momos and our customers understand performance, value, and ROI. You will transform operational, revenue, and customer data into clear insights used internally by leadership, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing, as well as externally by our largest Enterprise customers.This is a business-facing analytics role focused on visibility, decision-making, and commercial impact.What you’ll doBuild and maintain dashboards, reports, and business reviews for internal teams and customersTrack revenue, pipeline, customer performance, and commercial KPIsSupport Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success with performance analysis and insightsDeliver market and customer intelligence to guide strategy and prioritizationRespond to ad-hoc data requests and executive reporting needsYou should be strong inSQL for querying and transforming large datasetsData visualization and reporting tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, etc.)Business storytelling — explaining what happened, why, and what to do nextWorking with non-technical stakeholders in fast-moving teamsNice to haveExperience with revenue, CRM, or SaaS analyticsFamiliarity with customer or marketing performance dataExperience building executive or client-facing reports B. Data Analyst (Product Analytics & Data Engineering) Role PurposeThis role sits between Product, Engineering, and Analytics. You will ensure that product data is reliable, structured, and usable — and that teams can measure how features, user behavior, and data flows drive business outcomes.This is a technical-leaning analytics role focused on product insights and data foundations. What you’ll doAnalyze product usage, funnels, and customer behaviorSupport product teams with insights for feature launches and improvementsBuild and maintain analytics-ready datasets and data pipelinesEnsure data quality, consistency, and availability for reporting and analysisPartner with engineers to integrate new data sources and events You should be strong inSQL and Python for data analysis and transformationData visualization and reporting tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, etc.)Working with cloud data platforms and data warehousesUnderstanding product metrics, user journeys, and event dataTranslating technical data into usable insightsNice to haveExperience with experimentation, A/B testing, or feature analyticsFamiliarity with AWS, Google Cloud, Databricks, Snowflake, or modern data stacksBackground in SaaS, marketplaces, or digital platforms
