The Systems Analyst supports the stability, usability, and continuous improvement of CargoWise and related digital platforms within Global Logistics.Reporting to the Process Excellence and Training Manager, the role acts as a bridge between operational teams and digital stakeholders, by ensuring system issues are triaged and resolved, enhancements are tested, and configurations are executed with accuracy.In addition, the analyst drives adoption by providing user training, clear documentation, and structured communication of new features. By monitoring system performance and identifying recurring issues, the Systems Analyst contributes to operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and global scalability.This position plays a strategic role in embedding digital excellence, enabling consistent service delivery, and supporting long-term growth.ResponsibilitiesSupport Ticket Management: Act as the first point of contact for system support issues, validating, triaging, and escalating tickets to ensure timely resolution.System Configuration and Administration: Perform approved configurations in CargoWise and related digital platforms (e.g. user access, static data, minor customisations) while maintaining accuracy and compliance.Documentation and Knowledge Management: Maintain accessible records of configurations, known issues, and FAQs to support operational continuity and knowledge sharing.Testing and Quality Assurance: Execute and document functional test cases for new features and system enhancements, reporting outcomes and defects.User Training and Adoption Support: Deliver and support training sessions, create documentation, and communicate system updates to ensure user competence and adoption.System Performance Monitoring: Monitor system stability, identify recurring issues, and provide input for corrective actions or process improvements.Collaboration with Operational and Digital Teams: Work closely with National team, the Centre of Excellence, and project stakeholders to align local implementations with global standards.
