1. Chịu trách nhiệm giám sát chất lượng trong quá trình sản xuất đối với các công đoạn sơn, hàn, lắp ráp, đảm bảo tuân thủ các tiêu chuẩn chất lượng (IQC, PQC, OQC).2. Kiểm soát chất lượng đầu vào, trong quá trình sản xuất và đầu ra, đảm bảo sản phẩm đạt yêu cầu kỹ thuật và thẩm mỹ.3. Phát triển và cải tiến các tiêu chuẩn kiểm tra chất lượng liên quan đến sơn, hàn, lắp ráp, tối ưu hóa quy trình đánh giá.4. Lập báo cáo lỗi chất lượng, phân tích nguyên nhân gốc rễ và đề xuất phương án khắc phục, cải tiến.5. Quản lý và lưu trữ hồ sơ chất lượng theo quy định.6. Hỗ trợ các bộ phận sản xuất trong việc tối ưu thiết kế, cải tiến nguyên vật liệu và nâng cao hiệu suất sản xuất.7. Sử dụng thành thạo các công cụ QC để phân tích và quản lý chất lượng.8. Phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan để nâng cao chất lượng tổng thể của sản phẩm.

Phát triển và triển khai các chiến lược kế hoạch kinh doanh nhằm mở rộng thị trường, thúc đẩy tăng trưởng doanh thu thông qua các kênh bán hàng.1. Phát triển thị trường, chiến lược, kế hoạch kinh doanh• Xây dựng và thực hiện chiến lược mở rộng thị trường trong & ngoài nước, thị trường tiềm năng như Mỹ, Úc, châu Âu và châu Á, Việt Nam.• Phân tích thị trường, xu hướng ngành, đối thủ cạnh tranh để đề xuất kế hoạch kinh doanh phù hợp.• Tìm kiếm và đánh giá các cơ hội hợp tác, phân phối hoặc phát triển thị trường qua các kênh: B2B, Distributor, Contractor2. Quản lý kênh bán hàng B2B, Distributor, Contractor, ...• Quản lý và phát triển mạng lưới đại lý, phân phối trong và ngoài nước.• Kết nối và duy trì mối quan hệ với khách hàng hiện tại và tiềm năng.• Kết hợp triển khai các kênh thương mại điện tử phù hợp.3. Đàm phán, ký kết hợp đồng và chăm sóc khách hàng4. Tối ưu hóa vận hành và lợi nhuận5. Tuân thủ pháp lý và tiêu chuẩn6. Phối hợp nội bộ & báo cáo• Làm việc chặt chẽ với các phòng ban: Marketing, Sản xuất, Logistics, Tài chính để đảm bảo chuỗi cung ứng hoạt động trơn tru.• Cập nhật định kỳ cho Trưởng phòng / Ban Giám đốc về tiến độ thị trường, khách hàng, sản phẩm.7. Tham gia hội chợ, sự kiện và xây dựng thương hiệu• Đại diện công ty tham gia các hội chợ thương mại, sự kiện chuyên ngành để quảng bá thương hiệu và tìm kiếm đối tác.• Góp phần xây dựng chiến lược thương hiệu.
