The opportunity:Logistics and Customs Operations Specialist is responsible for the successful end-to-end logistics operations and ensuring a high level of service and cost-effective movement of goods. Additionally, She/he is responsible to execute import/export customs operations for heavy lift, general cargo, and parcel orders. She/he takes full responsibility for the execution of G/C inbound and outbound orders, starting with the receipt of the IBD/OBD, co-ordination with LSPs and ending with the delivery of the cargo, respectively codification/approval of LSP invoices. She/he reviews the customs requirements as well as documentation and creates customs clearance instructions and uploading all relevant information and documentation in SAP GTS and submit to brokers. She/he supports the issue resolution for customs related matter until successfully closing the customs clearance. He/she works closely with the sourcing team to support the strategic sourcing process with the creation of spot RFIs and RFQ for G/C. Additionally, he/she is key to resolve and manage potential issues and claims with LSPs.How you’ll make an impact:- You will manage the end-to-end G/C transportation planning including the verification and approval of freight unit data (* weight, dimensions, pick-up and delivery address and dates, incoterms), select MOT, check routes, check nominated carriers and lanes, calculate charges, select and assign LSP, create Freight Order with assigned LSP and submit finalized FO document for execution, share shipping schedule with stakeholders, communicate back shipment scenarios correctness of customs documents and customs declaration with customs broker, if needed submit documentation amendment requests to customs authorities, support the issue resolution until successfully Nhiệm vụ chính bao gồm:Phát triển thị trường:• Xác định các điểm bán hàng tiềm năng (merchant) và tiếp cận họ để giới thiệu sản phẩm Zalopay Box và các dịch vụ của Zalopay.• Cung cấp thông tin chi tiết về các tính năng và lợi ích của Zalopay và hướng dẫn khách hàng sử dụng thiết bị một cách hiệu quả.• Tư vấn khách hàng về các gói dịch vụ của Zalopay Box để đảm bảo khách hàng sử dụng thiết bị đạt hiệu quả tối đa.• Bán và lắp đặt thiết bị Zalopay Box tại các điểm chấp nhận thanh toán Zalopay, bao gồm cả điểm mới và điểm cũ, đảm bảo lắp đặt đúng kỹ thuật và đúng tiến độ.• Đảm bảo kết quả triển khai theo kế hoạch về thời gian, chỉ tiêu và chất lượng.Tiêu chí đánh giá:• Đánh giá theo các chỉ tiêu: Thời gian hoàn thành (Timeline), Hạn chót (Deadline) và Kết quả (Result), bao gồm KPI hàng ngày và KPI hàng tháng.Công việc chi tiết:• Tư vấn bán hoặc cho thuê thiết bị Zalopay Box tại các điểm thanh toán ví điện tử Zalopay.• Lập kế hoạch, lên lộ trình và đến các địa điểm theo danh sách được giao. Hoặc chủ động tìm kiếm các merchant tiềm năng và đến hỗ trợ sản phẩm.• Giới thiệu và thuyết phục các merchant (cửa hàng) đồng ý trở thành điểm chấp nhận thanh toán ví điện tử Zalopay và bán/ cho thuê sản phẩm Zalopay Box.• Hướng dẫn các merchant hoàn thành thủ tục đăng ký và cung cấp thông tin theo quy trình đã được đào tạo.• Thăm hỏi, thu thập phản hồi về sản phẩm và thị trường tại các địa điểm.• Báo cáo kết quả công việc hàng ngày.

Main responsibilities include but not limited to the followings:KYC tasks for on-boarding process• Review the On-boarding Request Form received from Relationship Manager and perform preliminary due diligence checks• Collect necessary document from Relationship Manager to fulfill AML/ KYC related internal rules and local regulations• Perform Customer Screening and Adverse Media Searches on AML/KYC screening systems (such as World Check, Factiva…)• Calculate the Customer Financial Crime Risk Rating• Perform Enhanced Due Diligence and Specialized Due Diligence KYC tasks for periodic review • Compare and source existing KYC documentations • Identify gaps in KYC information for incremental tasks • Liaise with Relationship Manager and/or relevant stakeholders to obtain necessary information• Data entry in AML/ KYC systems (G-KYC, G-COP…)• Conduct Expected vs. Actual Analysis, Identification Verification process for KYC on-boarding and review• Determine for escalation to Local or Regional Financial Crime if any and preparing the whole KYC file• Check daily and periodical KYC alerts• Upload information to AML/KYC screening systems (such as World Check, Factiva…) for daily screeningOther ad-hoc tasks • Monitor KYC due date, ensure the accuracy and completeness of KYC records, Perform ad-hoc screenings • Support other regions in KYC information collection and KYC review• Prepare document for AML/ KYC related audit & SBV inspection• Study manual/procedure related to AML/ KYC under HO as well as local regulation requirements• Execute other tasks as instructed by Management, Department Head and Team Head

1. Responsible for Accounts Receivable. Input accounting entries into accounting software.2.
