Xác định, đánh giá tình hình thị trường, nhu cầu khách hàng, cung cấp thông tin, đưa ra giải pháp, điều chỉnh sản phẩm và dịch vụ phù hợp đến khách hàng mục tiêu, đảm bảo tuân thủ các quy trình, quy định và thẩm quyền. Thường xuyên gặp gỡ khách hàng cùng với ĐVKD để hiểu rõ nhu cầu khách hàng mục tiêu. Tư vấn xu hướng thị trường, triển khai hoạt động bán sản phẩm, cấu trúc sản phẩm, điều kiện ký quỹ và các điều kiện khác cho khách hàng và đơn vị liên quan trong nội bộ ACB. Đề xuất các chương trình thúc đẩy bán sản phẩm tài chính phù hợp cho các đơn vị kinh doanh. 3. Xây dựng và duy trì network với khách hàng bên ngoài và nội bộ Định kỳ tổ chức hội thảo sản phẩm, thông tin thị trường, đánh giá hoạt động kinh doanh và đề xuất đến khách hàng, Vùng/Cụm/ĐVKD. Phối hợp với các đơn vị kinh doanh mở rộng mạng lưới khách hàng mục tiêu. Phối hợp với các phòng ban khác để phát triển sản phẩm TTTC, cấu trúc sản phẩm mới phù hợp thị trường và nhu cầu khách hàng. 4. Thu thập và phân tích thông tin về khách hàng mục tiêu tiềm năng, về thị trường, tìm kiếm cơ hội và bán sản phẩm TTTC, cấu trúc sản phẩm liên quan cho khách hàng mục tiêu tiềm năng Kiểm soát lãi, lỗ đến từng loại hình sản phẩm và phân khúc khách hàng cho ĐVKD. Báo cáo định kỳ các giao dịch tiềm năng. Cập nhật thông tin thị trường cho KH mục tiêu, ĐVKD. Liên tục nắm bắt các thay đổi thông tin thị trường.
