• Responsible for the inventory accuracy of the Warehouse, Shop and supplier• Work with shops to issue the plan of daily/Mid year/Year End cycle count. Follow and control the progress and result• Consolidate and report the result of the periodic inventory.• Appraisal the explanation and cause of the departments, based on the root cause and work with the relevant parties ( BOM, IT, Pur, Planning…) to determine a solution.• Action plan for the inventory problems and monitor• Review reconcile bailment reports to minimize system consumption shortage compared to actually and handle related to issue.• Supervise, manage and assign to the employees. • Evaluate the performance, approve the requests from team members.• Process change and innovation• Drive higher inventory turnover across all plants.• Inventory Management: Develop and establish RM (Raw Material) and FG (Finished Goods) inventory standards for all plants, including satellite plants (enterprise-wide data governance).• Develop inventory forecasting and budgeting for all plants.• Develop and consolidate central inventory reporting and SAP status reports across all plants and regions.• Act as the central Logistics focal point for all plants – supporting Finance, Accounting, and external auditors • Centrally optimize plant inventory levels through close coordination with Planning and Purchasing teams.• Central inventory control: Conduct weekly/monthly inventory reviews, monitor non-moving/slow-moving items, drive disposal actions with the DM Obsolescence team and liquidation processes; analyze and reduce high inventory parts.• Develop digitalization initiatives through RPA/DPA/GDIA/AI tools.

Design and develop backend architectures supporting AI/ML workloads, data learning platforms, and enterprise applications. Architect cloud‑native solutions with strong focus on scalability, security, reliability, and long‑term maintainability. Lead microservice‑based system design and contribute to the technical roadmap of service‑oriented architectures. Provide expert‑level architectural guidance and support engineering teams in key technical decisions. Build and operate CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and modern DevOps toolchains. Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform to provision and manage cloud resources. Manage deployments, migrations, release processes, and ensure stable operations in production environments. Conduct ISMS security inspections, address vulnerabilities, and ensure compliance with security policies. Propose and lead incident response and recovery strategies for system failures. Monitor cloud environments and optimize system performance and operational stability. Manage installation, configuration, and licensing of third‑party packages and middleware. Define and document architectural principles, development standards, and best practices. Work closely with cross‑functional teams and support Agile development methodologies.

Nhận hàng NCC tại kho SGW- Phối hợp SGW kiểm soát quá trình nhận hàng tại kho, tổng hợp và báo cáo các trường hợp giao thiếu số lượng / thiếu mã / sai hàng từ NCC.4. Xuất hàng từ SGW đến StoreSGW- Đối soát SGW pick hàng theo DO giao Store, theo dõi và đảm bảo các chuyến xe xuất kho đúng kế hoạch (tuyến, giờ, Store).5.
