Purpose of the role: 

• Participate in the development of the global certification platform, ensure clients receive the systems and functionalities they need.
• Survey and analyze the processes and needs of different certification offices, the global certifications expert team and external clients

Responsibilities: 

• Interview client representatives to understand the business needs.
• Document interview results.
• Facilitate consensus on conflicting opinions and interests of different client representatives.
• Write requirements and seek approval from the client representative.
• Create and document test cases to verify the required system functionality.
• Collaborate with the technical teams, system architecture and software engineering to ensure requirements are understood by all parties.
• Work with the testing team or perform tests to ensure the delivered product conforms to the requirements.
• Support creation of the related training materials for the delivered product or functionality.

Working time: Hybrid (2 days remote, 3 days at the office) 

Position Summary: Perform development activities to build and maintain WEB-based software systems
Responsibilities:
1. Participate in developing web applications using Angular, CSS, and Java technologies.
2. Understand application requirements and workflow from mockups and converting to
workable code.
3. Perform coding, testing, and reviewing in line with user & system requirements to deliver
programs that meet client’s needs and meet the release milestone.
4. Perform 3rd-level support to rectify production issues and provide solutions

• Xây dựng backend cho các dự án của công ty: eCommerce, ERP, AR, livestream, website giáo dục... (bao gồm cả Outsourcing và Product)
• Report trực tiếp cho Project leader.
• Cùng các member khác trong team phân tích yêu cầu khách hàng, xây dựng kế hoạch hoàn thành dự án.
• Tham gia thiết kế hệ thống software/website.
• Coding, self-check, debug và review code chéo nội bộ team.

• Làm việc với khách hàng Nhật Bản để nhận yêu cầu từ phía khách hàng, họp với khách hàng để báo cáo/ thảo luận về tiến độ dự án
• Dịch, viết tài liệu IT cho các Dev, QC từ Nhật sang Việt/Anh và ngược lại.
• Thực hiện phân tích yêu cầu, thiết kế tài liệu cho các dự án với nhiều domain khác nhau (sẽ có PM/ các Tech Lead cho từng domain hỗ trợ, comtor hỗ trợ PM thiết kế tài liệu)
• Theo dõi và quản lí tiến độ cho các dự án, thực hiện trao đổi Q&A trực tiếp với khách hàng và truyền đạt thông tin với team phát triển dự án
• Hỗ trợ hướng dẫn các comtors khác còn thiếu kinh nghiệm

• Xây dựng kế hoạch kiểm toán năm và xây dựng các chương trình kiểm toán (bao gồm việc thu thập thông tin và dữ liệu, nhận diện rủi ro, nhận diện kiểm soát, xây dựng thủ tục kiểm toán)
• Thực hiện các thủ tục kiểm toán tại chương trình kiểm toán đã xây dựng theo khung kiểm toán nội bộ
• Thảo luận với trưởng đoàn KTNB / Trưởng phòng các phát hiện và khuyến nghị sơ bộ, xây dựng báo cáo kiểm toán
• Thực hiện giám sát kế hoạch hành động đã nhất trí trong báo cáo kiểm toán nội bộ nhằm đảm bảo kết hoạch hành động được thực thi một cách thích hợp
• Tham gia xây dựng và quản lý hệ thống CSDL (bao gồm thu thập, tổng hợp, lập trình các công thức xử lý dữ liệu đầu vào để trích xuất các báo cáo tự động đáp ứng mục tiêu và hoạt động KTNB)
• Tự trang bị các kiến thức, kỹ năng, kinh nghiệm, bằng cấp chuyên môn và liên tục cập nhật kiến thức mới để đáp ứng các nhu cầu công việc
• Các nhiệm vụ khác theo phân công của quản lý trực tiếp / lãnh đạo đơn vị

• Thiết kế, phát triển và kiểm thử các ứng dụng web front-end bằng Angular và các công nghệ liên quan như HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap...
• Hợp tác với các lập trình viên back-end và thiết kế giao diện để đảm bảo tính tương thích và tích hợp của các ứng dụng web.
• Sử dụng các công cụ và thư viện hỗ trợ như Angular CLI, Angular Material, NgRx, RxJS... để tăng hiệu quả và chất lượng của mã nguồn.
• Tối ưu hoá hiệu suất, khả năng mở rộng và bảo mật của các ứng dụng web.
• Thực hiện kiểm tra đơn vị, kiểm tra tích hợp và kiểm tra tự động hóa bằng các công cụ như Jasmine, Karma, Protractor...
• Sửa lỗi, cập nhật phiên bản và bảo trì các ứng dụng web đã phát triển.
• Nghiên cứu và áp dụng các xu hướng và công nghệ mới trong lĩnh vực phát triển ứng dụng web.
• Thực hiện các công việc theo phân công của lãnh đạo có thẩm quyền

• Cài đặt máy trạm trong mạng và các thiết bị ngoại vi cần thiết
• Cài đặt và cấu hình hệ điều hành thông dụng như Windows, MacOS.
• Vận hành và duy trì mạng cục bộ đảm bảo hoạt động ổn định.
• Cài đặt, cấu hình server Linux, Windows server, Switch L2/L3, Router, Firewall…
