Develop, maintain, and deploy software applications

ROLES:

A Product Supervisor monitor Manager's instruction and executes actions to meet PLC KPIs (Sell thru, Margin). He/ She also coordinate with other departments such as accounting, logistic, marketing, retail. Store support to ensure right product, right assortment and right allocation to hit monthly sales target.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

80% delicate for Product tasks

· Assist manager in market research and competitive analysis skills to understand the market.

· Follow up Approved budget.

· Analyzing consumer buying patterns and updating and predicting future fashion trends.

· Prepare line sheet and look book.

· Coordination of logistics and distribution.

· Work closely with operation in order to receive new shipment.

· Planning and follow up LC and payment requests.

· Regularly reviewing performance indicators, such as sales and discount levels.

· Master file management, send price proposal and implementation of pricing strategy.

· Collect data, analyze and monitoring of inventory on daily/weekly/monthly basis. Help with decision making process and executing action plan with Manager.

· Work closely with Manager to review daily/weekly/monthly reports.

· Sell through management and market analysis.

· Prepare PSM for other Departments (Sales Retail/ MKT), training plan & conduct training for Store team.

· Support in developing short and long term inventory plan.

· Support Product Manager and Brand Manager in request.

20% dedicated for Financial Forecasting Tasks (new projects)

· Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking.

· Analyze financial data on new projects and create financial models for managers’ decision support.

· Report on financial performance and prepare for regular leadership reviews.

· Analyze past results, perform variant analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements.

· Additional tasks may be required following business needs

QM – Accreditation Related Roles and Responsibilities

· Ensure all activities in laboratory comply with ISO/IEC 17025:2017 (clause 4 to clause 7) and global documents.

· Audit plan, conduct internal/external audits.

· Follow up open internal/external audit, customer feedback: NCs, CAPA(s) status update, ensure on time closure.

· Responsible for coordination and communication with the external party on scheduling of external audits related to accreditation / certification / authorization / notification.

· Responsible for delivering QA induction training to all newly joined employees and regular training for respective legal entities.

· Responsible to follow requirements of complaint management process as described in the global SOP.

Carry out other specified duties and functions as directed by supervisor.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

· Develop detailed 3D manufacturing drawings of the electrical panel, including the panel enclosure and busbar system

· Focus of electrical AutoCAD 2D and SolidWorks / Inventor 3D panel and equipment layouts.

· Create 3D models of all electrical components and integrate them into the complete electrical assembly

· Produce animated video content for presentation purposes

· Report to the upper employees regarding the performance of the Electrical Engineering section

Other additional duties

· Automation Control Design

· PLC Programing (preferably Rockwell and Siemens, but equivalent experience acceptable)

· HMI and Scada Design

Đảm bảo các hệ thống kỹ thuật trong tòa nhà hoạt động ổn định và có phương án khắc phục khi có sự cố xảy ra.

Bảo đảm các trang thiết bị kỹ thuật điện tử và các trang thiết bị khác đáp ứng yêu cầu công việc, ở trạng thái an toàn và hoạt động tốt.

Bảo đảm các trang thiết bị, dụng cụ, bộ phận thay thế sau khi sử dụng được cất giữ đúng nơi quy định.

Theo dõi và báo cáo quản lý trước khi đặt hàng đối với các thiết bị, nguyên vật liệu cần thiết.

Đảm bảo tòa nhà và các khu vực chung cả trong và ngoài luôn được duy trì ở tình trạng và hình thức tốt nhất.

Thiết lập phòng họp và tham gia vào tất cả các cuộc họp về bảo trì.

Theo dõi hàng ngày tất cả các tiêu chuẩn kỹ thuật của máy phát điện để tránh sự cố.

Chuẩn bị và theo dõi tất cả các yêu cầu công việc được giao bởi Giám sát/Trưởng ca kỹ thuật.

Khắc phục và giải quyết các vấn đề theo hướng dẫn của người quản lý.
