The Maintenance & Facility Supervisor is responsible for supervising and managing maintenance and ensuring that all facilities are in good and safe condition. You will be part of the Electrical Safety & Performance Product Service Centre that provides safety evaluation / risk assessment / testing for Machinery / Robotic products to ensure its compliance to international standards. Reporting to the Product Manager, you will support to perform safety evaluation / risk assessment / testing operations and also be actively involved in expanding the business and developing new test services.

• Perform risk assessments, safety evaluations, testing and inspection of machinery and robotic products based on international standards.
• To interpret testing methods/procedures and exercise sound judgement to methodologies and results.
• Proactively support the development of new testing services and capabilities.
• Collaborate with vendors and other departments to resolve engineering issues or testing requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution of projects.
• Develop, maintain, and improve laboratory management process based on ISO/IEC 17025.

• Kiểm tra/ Xử lý/ Giám sát các công việc liên quan đến kỹ thuật, vận hành hệ thống kỹ thuật M&E của Tòa nhà.
• Giám sát, phối hợp với các nhà thầu bảo trì, bảo hành trang thiết bị, máy móc.
• Bảo trì/ bảo dưỡng định kỳ toàn bộ hệ thống cơ điện tòa nhà.

1. Giám sát, kiểm tra, ghi chép các các thông số thiết bị kỹ thuật tòa nhà. Khảo sát các hiện trạng hệ thống kỹ thuật tòa nhà và có các báo cáo chi tiết cho Quản lý trực tiếp.
2. Kiểm tra, theo dõi và lên kế hoạch bảo trì - bảo dưỡng định kỳ các trang thiết bị tòa nhà theo khu vực được phân công.
3. Sửa chữa – bảo trì hệ thống điện – nước – điều hòa không khí – thông gió – thang máy - máy phát điện trong tòa nhà theo yêu cầu và thực tế phát sinh, kiểm tra tình trạng hoạt động của hệ thống điều hòa không khí và thông gió, bảo dưỡng giàn lạnh, bảo dưỡng dàn nóng, kiểm tra nguồn điện và hệ thống điều khiển, vận hành chạy thử toàn bộ hệ thống. Đảm bảo hoạt động của tòa nhà được vận hành an toàn, liên tục, không ảnh hưởng đến đời sống của cư dân.
4. Kiểm tra và đưa ra các cảnh báo đối với các mối nguy của hệ thống kỹ thuật cho nhà cho quản lý trực tiếp và các cấp có thẩm quyền kịp thời xử lý/ khắc phục.
5. Đảm bảo công tác Phòng cháy chữa cháy, cứu hộ cứu nạn tại điểm tòa nhà/ dự án được phân công phụ trách. Bảo trì hệ thống báo cháy, bơm chữa cháy.
6. Kiểm tra hệ thống cấp thoát nước - xử lý nước thải của tòa nhà (có thể kết hợp cùng đơn vị chuyên môn bên ngoài), hệ thống camera an ninh, hệ thống thông báo thông tin liên lạc của tòa nhà, hạ tầng tòa nhà (theo từng hạng mục cụ thể phát sinh nếu có).
7. Giám sát các nhà thầu bên ngoài vào thực hiện công tác bảo trì, bảo dưỡng; nghiệm thu chất lượng các hạng mục công việc theo phân công.
