Quản lý tiến độ vận hành các dự án Website/ Software:

• Xây dựng kế hoạch triển khai dự án. Phân bổ công việc cho các bộ phận vận hành.
• Quản lý quá trình triển khai dự án & Đầu mối giao tiếp công việc.
• Xử lý các vấn đề về hồ sơ, thủ tục phát sinh của dự án.
• Theo dõi trạng thái của dự án, đảm bảo tiến độ và chất lượng thực hiện dự án theo kế hoạch. Quản lý, điều phối các bên liên quan trong dự án.
• Kiểm soát các vấn đề, thay đổi, rủi ro, xung đột giữa các bên liên quan. Linh động xử lý, giải quyết các vấn đề.
• Nghiệm thu, đảm bảo chất lượng sản phẩm bàn giao cho khách hàng.
• Tham gia nghiên cứu và áp dụng các framework quản lý dự án. Tham gia phát triển & tối ưu quy trình vận hành dự án.
• Báo cáo công việc với Quản lý trực tiếp.

Thời gian làm việc: Thứ 2 - Thứ 6, 8:30-12:30, 13:30-17:30. Nghỉ Thứ 7, Chủ nhật.

About Technical Architect position:

Operations and Support

Support and coach end users in the correct and effective use of the school’s ICT resources (hardware and software)

Handle incoming support requests from end users using the Service Desk System and ensure that users receive appropriate help in a timely manner.

Keep up to date with current technology, hardware, operating systems, general productivity software and be prepared to make recommendations to the Helpdesk Supervisor, to support continuous improvement of provision

Produce support documentation, user guides, and maintain an ICT support knowledge base.

Log support calls and take appropriate action to ensure a satisfactory response with acceptable time frames in line with the department’s service level agreement.

With Helpdesk Supervisor to manage IT Assets/Technology equipment, dispose of expired equipment and recommend IT Network Manager to buy new equipment needed for the school.

Engineering and Provisioning

Install, test and maintain a variety of personal computing and network hardware and software systems, with local area network and wide area network connections

Configure, deploy and maintain classroom and office ICT hardware and software applications

Perform diagnostic tests, modify or repair desktop hardware, including PC, printer, data projector and peripherals

Collaborate with other departments and third parties to meet end users’ expectations.

Maintenance

Undertake and record periodic preventative maintenance checks/cleaning of ICT resources and follow-up issues as required

Physical

To carry and move ICT equipment around the school campus. Involving some heavy lifting.

Must be willing to travel to other campuses or offices which belong to BIS as required.

The candidate requires a broad knowledge of systems, servers, load balancers, storage, security, networking, and some background in programming. We are using cloud infrastructure (AWS), containerization, CI, and CD process.

Responsibilities: 
1. Build, scale, and monitor various highly complex applications in our cloud platform infrastructure.
2. Build and maintain highly available systems on containerization (Docker & Kubernetes).
3. Manage and support multitier architecture focusing on web technology stack (CDN, Reverse Proxy, Application, DB).
4. Working with application developers to automate and accelerate the testing, release and deployment of applications into a runtime environment quickly and reliably.
5. Improve reliability and performance of test and build processes
6. Design and maintain automated release channels
7. Proactively look for ways to automate the installation and upkeep of build tools and dependencies

• Functional IT Support is responsible for receiving incidents, functional and technical requirements from the different users of the Global Certification System.
• It must provide a functional solution and in case of requiring a technical change or improvement of the application, it must completely relieve the incident/development, communicate it to the technical team, prioritize it, monitor it, and update the news to the requesting user.

Responsibilities: 

• Telephone service, via mail and ticket system for internal problems related to the Certification business system
