Xác định các dữ liệu đầu vào cần thiết và giám sát việc thu thập, tổng hợp, làm sạch và kiểm chứng dữ liệu.• Hiểu biết về các công cụ phân tích, các khái niệm và quy trình toán học, cùng kinh nghiệm xử lý các bộ dữ liệu lớn.• Có kiến thức nền tảng về thống kê, đặc biệt là dữ liệu chuỗi thời gian và dự báo.• Hiểu và trân trọng các kỹ thuật mô hình hóa thống kê nâng cao, có khả năng đánh giá một cách phê bình các phân tích thống kê và mô hình dự báo, đồng thời đề xuất hướng cải thiện.• Có kiến thức về các công cụ trực quan hóa dữ liệu nâng cao ngoài Excel, ví dụ như Power BI, là một lợi thế.• Thông thạo tiếng Việt (bản ngữ) và tiếng Anh là yêu cầu bắt buộc.Quản lý:• Quản lý các yêu cầu nội bộ liên quan đến thị trường, báo cáo nghiên cứu của bộ phận Sales & Marketing, và chịu trách nhiệm hoàn thành các yêu cầu cung cấp thông tin, dữ liệu cho bài thuyết trình hoặc phỏng vấn.• Làm việc chặt chẽ với các chuyên gia trong và ngoài doanh nghiệp, bao gồm chuyên gia ngành và chuyên gia phân tích quốc gia/chính trị trên toàn cầu, nhằm cung cấp phân tích vĩ mô.• Xây dựng cơ sở dữ liệu thống nhất cho nhà cung cấp và khách hàng của MHT, gắn với hồ sơ chi tiết của từng đối tác và thông tin KYC liên quan.

Kiểm tra chênh lệch, sai sót số liệu và chủ động làm việc với đối tác để xử lý. Theo dõi, cập nhật danh mục chi phí, hạn mức ngân sách và cảnh báo nếu có rủi ro vượt ngân sách. Thực hiện lập bảng tổng hợp chi phí theo từng đơn vị, từng hợp đồng.• Thực hiện thanh toán:Lập đề nghị thanh toán theo quy trình nội bộ, đảm bảo đúng hạn thanh toán theo hợp đồng. Kiểm tra mã công nợ, hạch toán ban đầu và chuyển hồ sơ sang Bộ phận Kế toán. Theo dõi tiến độ giải ngân và phản hồi cho đối tác khi cần. Đảm bảo việc thanh toán được thực hiện chính xác, hạn chế phát sinh nợ quá hạn.• Quản lý & Kiểm soát hợp đồng:Theo dõi thời hạn hợp đồng và điều khoản thanh toán. Phối hợp với Pháp chế/Kinh doanh/Kế toán để rà soát rủi ro hoặc điều khoản chưa phù hợp.• Báo cáo & Theo dõi công nợ:Lập báo cáo định kỳ: Báo cáo chi phí theo từng nhóm dịch vụ/đối tác; Báo cáo đối soát & tình trạng công nợ; Báo cáo chi phí thực tế vs ngân sách; Đề xuất cải tiến quy trình nhằm giảm rủi ro đối oát, tăng tốc độ và hiệu quả thanh toán.
