Position Overview:The HR Manager will be responsible for developing and managing a comprehensive human resources and training department. This role encompasses the entire HR process, from recruitment and onboarding to ongoing training, payroll management, and compliance with local labor laws. The ideal candidate will have a development mindset, leveraging modern technology and innovative training methods to enhance our HR practices and employee experience.Key Responsibilities:- HR Strategy Development: Design and implement HR strategies that align with company growth and culture.- HR Framework Development: Design, organize and implement HR framework for career development, talent attraction/retention and more aligning with the organization current state, culture and development plans.- Team Management: Lead and develop a team of 8-12 HR, training and administrative professionals, with plans to expand.- Compliance: Ensure adherence to local labor laws and stay updated on legislative changes.- Dispute Resolution: Handle labor-related disputes and employee issues effectively.- Employee Engagement: Conduct surveys, gather feedback, and recommend improvements to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.- Payroll Management: Oversee payroll processing and ensure accuracy in all HR-related documentation.- Process Improvement: Develop and refine HR processes, documentation, and forms to streamline operations.- Training Development: Create and manage initial and refresher training programs, utilizing modern training methods (e.g., video materials, interactive quizzes).- Recruitment Support: Collaborate with department managers to address hiring and training needs based on demand.- Talent Attraction: Foster relationships with local educational institutions and arrange internships to attract and retain talent.- Reporting: Provide HR-related reports and updates to headquarters.- Administration: General administration tasks, event planning/execution.
