• Duy trì và phát triển mối quan hệ kinh doanh với các nhà Đại lý, nhà Phân phối khu vực được phân công theo danh sách Database khách hàng lâu năm;
• Lên báo giá và nhận đơn đặt hàng từ khách hàng;
• Tư vấn cho khách hàng về sản phẩm khung xương thạch cao, chính sách chương trình khuyến mãi… 
• Cùng khách hàng theo dõi thời gian giao hàng, chất lượng sản phẩm bàn giao;
• Lập kế hoạch công tác đi tỉnh: Gặp gỡ các nhà đại lý, nhà phân phối khu vực được giao để tìm hiểu thu thập thông tin dự án khách hàng;
• Chuẩn bị hồ sơ hoặc tài liệu chứng chỉ cho KH hoặc đi gửi bảng mẫu cho khách hàng khi cần… (Công ty có sẵn tài liệu: Chứng chỉ, Catalogue, Profile; Mẫu hàng hóa… nhân viên chỉ cần tổng hợp gửi khách)
•  Tìm kiếm phát triển mở mới khách hàng ở khu vực được giao phó.
•  Theo dõi quá trình thanh lý hợp đồng, chỉ xong khi hoàn thành công nợ.
•  Lập báo cáo công việc, báo cáo công nợ; báo cáo doanh số…
•  Thực hiện các công việc khác theo phân công của TP Kinh doanh và Ban Giám đốc.

•  Phát triển khách hàng trong nước/phát triển các nhà cung cấp
•  Lập báo giá, chào dịch vụ và duy trì liên lạc với khách hàng
•  Phối hợp và hỗ trợ các bộ phận operation, chứng từ trong công việc
•  Làm các công việc khác theo yêu cầu của Công ty
• Ứng viên chưa có kinh nghiệm sẽ được đào tạo

Thời gian làm việc : Từ thứ 2 đến thứ 6 ( từ 8h~17h) ( Được nghỉ thứ 7, CN)

Mô tả công việc:

Mở rộng, khai thác thị trường, xây dựng quan hệ với khách hàng mới ---> List khách hàng đã có sẵn .

Tư vấn, giải thích cho khách hàng về sản phẩm, dịch vụ

Đàm phán, thương lượng, xúc tiến và thực hiện các thủ tục ký kết hợp đồng với khách hàng.

Lập kế hoạch công việc tuần, tháng, quý, năm và thực hiện hoàn thành chỉ tiêu kế hoạch.

Liên hệ hợp tác, phát triển và chăm sóc khách hàng.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Responsible for the cleanliness and hygiene of all food and beverage outlets and the carrying out of setting food handling duties when required. Adhere to local regulations concerning health, safety, or other compliance requirements, as well as brand standards and local policies and procedures.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Cleaning, checking and maintaining of dishwashing machines to a good condition and in continual working order.

- Assist the chefs with preparation and/or general kitchen duties.

- Work in accordance with the daily production schedule.

- Ensure a constant and sufficient supply of equipment and clean utensils to all outlets at all times.

- Collection of all garbage and maintain the cleanliness of bins and garbage room at all times.

- Maintain the cleanliness and conduct regular checks on the staff dining area to ensure it is clean, tidy and replenished.

- Mise en Place and food preparation.

- Assist with Food presentation.

- Assist with the receival and storage of goods.

- Maintain hygienic standards and practices.

- Actively pursuing cost saving measures.

- Recycle where-ever possible.

- Work in line with business needs.

- Complete the other tasks and jobs which assigned by the leader.

POSITION SUMMARY:

- Under the guidance of the Engineering Department’s Policy & Procedures you will be responsible for the maintenance and working order of the building, its equipment and all physical assets which plays a key role to ensure a great guest and colleague experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Trouble shoot equipment, systems and facilities and make appropriate repairs. Tasks include but are not limited to painting and wallpaper repair, tub and sink repair, outlet and bulb replacement, woodworking, concrete and tile repair.

- Perform preventative maintenance in guest rooms and on equipment including laundry equipment, heating and air conditioner units, ice machines, spa equipment, fire extinguishers, fire/smoke alarms, lawn sprinklers, kitchen appliances and plumbing. Maintenance is performed as required by the manufacturer and in accordance with warranty specifications.

- Perform swimming pool and spa maintenance duties according to manufacturer specifications and local Health Department Regulations.

- Assist with outdoor seasonal work including lawn mowing and snow removal.

- Maintain the cleanliness of the engineering shop and any other areas that work may be performed.

- Log readings from meters, gauges and other measuring units as required.

- Communicate changes in room status with Front Desk and Housekeeping.

- Maintain a working knowledge of the Fire Alarms/Life Safety Systems and handle emergencies involving the systems.

- Assist other departments with moving furniture and unloading and storing supplies as needed.

- Provide safe transportation to all guests using the hotel shuttle vehicle as needed.
