MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC Phân tích tình hình và xác định yêu cầu của Khách Hàng để đề xuất Giải pháp. Viết các báo cáo/bài nghiên cứu thường kỳ và đột xuất về các giải pháp, xu hướng công nghệ trên thị trường. Cập nhật công nghệ, thường xuyên cập nhật các xu hướng, sản phẩm, giải pháp để nâng cao năng lực tư vấn. Trình bày sản phẩm, thực hiện demo, trình bày sản phẩm/dịch vụ cho khách hàng, phản biện kỹ thuật. Quản trị, vận hành, giám sát hệ thống cơ sở dữ liệu (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, MariaDB, PostgreSQL...) đảm bảo hoạt động ổn định, hiệu năng cao và an toàn. Cài đặt, cấu hình, nâng cấp, triển khai các mô hình đảm bảo tính sẵn sàng cao và bảo trì hệ thống CSDL. Thiết lập, giám sát và tối ưu hóa hiệu năng truy vấn (Query Tuning, Indexing, Partitioning...). Thiết kế và thực hiện chiến lược sao lưu, khôi phục dữ liệu (backup/restore) và phục hồi sau thảm họa (DR). Quản lý phân quyền truy cập dữ liệu, bảo mật cơ sở dữ liệu. Hỗ trợ các team phát triển trong việc thiết kế CSDL và tối ưu hệ thống. Theo dõi, xử lý sự cố liên quan đến CSDL (performance, lock, deadlock, lỗi hệ thống...). Viết script và tự động hóa các tác vụ DBA (PL/SQL, Shell script...). Tham gia xây dựng quy trình, tài liệu quản trị CSDL.
