Mechanism Design: Architect and implement innovative mechanisms to support business requirements and technical objectives. Development Standards & Guidelines: Establish and enforce development standards, best practices, and guidelines to ensure high-quality code and consistent delivery. Cloud Architecture (AWS, GCP or Azure ...): Serve as a cloud architect, designing and implementing solutions on Cloud and more to build scalable and cost-effective systems. Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues in applications, middleware, and cloud infrastructure  

Primary ObjectivesThe Senior Automation Tester position will participate in implementing and executing all aspects of Testing to ensure that quality standards of software products are met. The role requires hands-on QC expertise, ability to take initiative and evolve our QC processes. Besides, the role also requires ability to analyze the systems to determine what to test, the priority of those tests and the best way to test for new features, enhancements, and defect fixes.Main responsibilities Apply industry best practices and develop new tools and processes to ensure quality goals are met. Develop and execute test cases, scripts, plans, and procedures (manual and automated). Diagnose defects and track them from discovery to resolution. Partner with engineering teams to stay informed of new technologies being introduced and to ensure that system components are designed for testability. Respond to all requests from team members in a timely professional manner. Any assignments from Line Manager if needed

Design, develop, and maintain Java applications. Perform technical analysis and implement robust, scalable solutions. Collaborate in architectural design, coding, and continuous improvement of software systems. Apply AI/ML and modern technologies (e.g., microservices, cloud) to enhance products and development workflows. Develop functionalities for applications/systems. Write APIs, Unit Tests, and optimize performance for APIs and databases. Participate in database design to meet customer requirements. Design high-level and low-level solutions for products. Participate in project supervision to ensure technical quality and coding standards. Be responsible for mentoring team members on coding and technology, and guiding the development of features based on design and architecture documentation. Explore core technologies and company technologies. Research and explore new technologies such as K8S, Microservices, Cloud Native, etc. Research, propose, and implement AI and Machine Learning models to build and optimize product features. Integrate AI services (e.g., NLP, Computer Vision) into software systems to enhance user experience or operational performance.

Building low latency APIs required by realtime AI Agents Writing and optimizing database calls to provide the lowest latency to realtime voice agents.  Designing and building lock free algorithms that manage orchestration of control flow and AI invocation in high throughput environments. Manage systems that connect, route and manage phone calls using Websockets, UDP, WebRTC. Optimize call quality and jitter across systems.  Design and scale platforms high performance CRMs for specific domains. 

Develop and implement a comprehensive testing strategy to ensure the quality of our software applications.  Ensure that all testing is carried out in accordance with industry best practices and standards.  Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks and scripts to improve testing efficiency and accuracy  Coordinate all applications testing teams to ensure that testing is carried out in a timely and efficient manner Work closely with the development team to ensure that testing is integrated into the development process. Develop and maintain testing metrics to measure the effectiveness of the testing process. Identify and report on any risks or problems found during testing as soon as possible. Provide regular reports to onshore managers on the status of testing and any issues or concerns. Promotes a constructive, positive team environment and maintains a spirit of openness, information sharing, inquisitiveness, problem- solving, and support for our common goals.
