Thực hiện các cuộc gọi Outbounds: a. Trực tiếp liên lạc với khách hàng thực hiện các cuộc gọi theo phân công đảm bảo tuân thủ hướng dẫn/kịch bản và chất lượng cuộc gọi theo yêu cầu b. Lập báo cáo cuộc gọi theo yêu cầu3. Tiếp nhận và xử lý khiếu nại của khách hànga. Tiếp nhận và làm việc với bộ phận liên quan để giải quyết khiếu nại của khách hàng nhằm tối đa hóa sự hài lòng của khách hàngb. Theo dõi, cập nhật thông tin đầy đủ kịp thời vào các báo cáo theo yêu cầu4. Các nội dung công việc kháca. Triển khai các chương trình chăm sóc khách hàng theo yêu cầub. Trực tiếp tiếp nhận, xử lý yêu cầu của Khách hàng tại địa điểm do Công ty chỉ định: sử dụng các phần mềm hỗ trợ để tra cứu thông tin hợp đồng bảo hiểm của khách hàng, cung cấp thông tin và hướng dẫn các thủ tục cần thiết khi được yêu cầuc.
