Take the responsibility for the whole process of identifying, prioritizing, and engaging stakeholders throughout the product development. Requirements Management: Work closely with product owners to elicit, analyze and document the requirements in efficient and trackable structure, the outputs includes but not limited to Feature list, Mockup, BRD, SRS, User Story, flow and UML diagrams. Interact with diverse teams and groups to create system solutions based on the requirements identified, create change management proposals, and work towards achieving the project goals. Involve product quality assurance by conducting happy flow verification before product go-live. Project Management: Guide the IT Project team from initiation to completion, overseeing its planning, organization, management, execution and delivery. Ensure projects move forward smoothly and get delivered on time while meeting quality standards and budget constraints by defining project scope, delegating tasks to project members effectively, directing the team to achieve the common goals, managing resources, monitoring progress and reporting to stakeholders about project status. Operation Support: Provide ongoing support for business-as-usual activities, including monitoring and resolving data-related issues, ensuring that all processes run properly. Support ad hoc reporting requests by generating and analyzing reports based on specific business needs and requirements.
