Manage overall Administration activities of the office:
– Make all documentation for social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance and others related tasks.
– Make all labor related reports and submit to Government Dept.
– Record staff attendance, annual leave
– Assist Japanese Director for rental apartment, business trips claims, Hotel, air ticket, car and taxi booking and scheduling, etc.
– Support local staff for: entertainment claims, business trip and other office activities
– Handle phone call in office
– Manage office supplies, office expenses: taxi, rental car, stationary, drinks, courier service
– Other HR and GA job assigned by supervisor.
Assist accounting department:
– Issue VAT invoice and send to customers, receive vendors invoice
– Submit tax reports to government authority
– Follow AR, AP to customers and vendors
– Follow banking related transactions
– Other accounting related tasks assigned by supervisor.
