Portfolio Management• Develop and propose investment strategies and ideas for assigned funds and mandates.• Construct and manage portfolios in line with approved investment strategies, risk profiles, and internal compliance requirements.• Execute agreed investment decisions effectively.• Conduct ongoing monitoring of portfolio companies and perform periodic rebalancing to ensure alignment with investment strategies.• Monitor and review portfolio performance on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis, including return attribution and risk exposures, and recommend adjustments to enhance returns or manage risks.• Conduct economic research, industry analysis, and company-level analysis to identify and evaluate new investment opportunities.• Build, maintain and update stock rating models for companies within the investment universe to support stock and sector recommendations.• Monitor and evaluate market conditions and provide timely, well-reasoned investment recommendations.• Maintain and update investment models, research materials, and analytical tools to support investment recommendations, asset allocation decisions, and strategy development.• Perform other related duties to support broader investment and portfolio management activities.Business Development (BD) & Client Support Responsibilities• Prepare materials on macroeconomic, market updates, market outlook, and investment strategies to support BD team in fund-raising activities.• Meet and communicate with high-net-worth and institutional clients to present fund performance, market outlook, and portfolio updates.• Support the BD team in training and educating distributors/clients on funds and mandates through regular updates, workshops, and training sessions.
