To deliver the shift/line objectives by empowering and engage people to develop their capability and ways of working through NCE implementation. Co-ordinates with the the Engineering team to solve the problems. - Optimize the operations, processes and equipment to achieve the best line efficiency and performance, minimize the manufacturing losses. Involve in the design of the lay-out and equipment when necessary. - Strongly involves in continuous improvement and problem solving activities. - Controls the cost of production by managing and controlling the materials usage (Yield and Losses), manpower, machine utilization, M&R activities and etc. - Checks and correctly reports the production outputs, work in processes and materials usage by daily basis. Based on the basic philosophy “The customer first”, we are continuing our efforts to create malls that enhance the quality of life, stimulate local economic activity and contribute to community life and culture.Website: https://aeonmall-vietnam.com/vi/tuyen-dung/Because of business demand, we are in need of recruiting 01 Facility & Security Administration Officer in AEON MALL Ha Long+ Working time: Average 5 days/week and in shift (A shift 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM - C shift 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM, about 5-7 C shifts per month), 2 OFF days/week but not fixed on weekends, some shifts on public holidays.+ Report to: Executive/ Manager.+ Main function: Conducting and implementing paper with other admin tasks, which are generated by the Facility &Security team. Coordinating and monitoring vendor/contractor.1. Vendor/supplier's overall management, contracting process, payment process, vendor's quality supervision;2. Check and control tenant's routine charges and extra fees; FMS (facility management system) fee coordinator.3. Introduce operation procedures and regulations of shopping mall to tenants, suppliers, vendors and follow implementation.4. Regularly patrol around shopping mall to ensure all facilities and services providing to customers in good condition5. Other duties as assigned.

Business research & assessment:- Define I&O (issue & Opportunities) to propose JTBDs for brands.- Develop and implement market research initiatives (category, consumers, competitors, customers, influencers).- Monitor brand equity & build up insight for brand communication- Build, manage & improve a competitive market intelligence database and system.2. CiLs building & management:- Recruit CiLs and build specific CIL group & lead conversation with that group, make them excited to input for our innovation/ brand equity JTBD.- Maintain great relationships and participations of CiLs to our continuously products improvements, innovations.- Explore, exploit CiLs to find out insights, burning needs of consumers in which our solutions must tackle to win.3. Product development & assessment:- Based on consumer’s insights to define unmet need to design solution.- Describe products features & effectively communicate with R&D to develop suitable solutions/ identify technology, model needed...- Work with cross functional team to develop and assess product’s 6Ps: total offer to satisfy consumer's needs (hot button list, story board test, offline TVC, packaging test, product test work with CTI, channel test, pilot assessment, Post launch evaluation, ....4. Lead team and develop team members.5. Other tasks as assigned by Line manager.
