We are looking for an Internal Sales – Recent Graduate to join our Rental business reporting to the Country Manager. The role is to drive marketing activiites and internally deliver lead/business opportunities.
Main responsibilities:
Marketing
· Execute outbound marketing qualification by reaching out to existing and potential customers through prospecting calls, emails, and other digital channels to generate interest and nurturing them through the sales funnel.
· Responding to inbound requests and inquiries of our prospects and customers and providing immediate assistance and responses based on their requirement and recommended value
· Analyze and research potential organizations, identifying key leaders and decision makers to accelerate discussions and conversions.
· Route qualified leads and opportunities to respective sales engineers through the CRM system for further development and sales closure
· Develop and maintain a good customer relationship and ensure excellent customer experience throughout all touchpoints.
Business Development Support
· Managing records and assigned accounts in accordance with company provided guidelines and standard procedures.
· Keep updated on all quotations through the sales funnel and process all orders with a cradle-to-grave mentality.
· Effectively update and maintain the CRM system to maintain a 360 view of our customers.
- Lead Generation with local channels (Website, Google Ads, WhatsApp or Facebook Ads, Webinar, Exhibition, Distributor Partnership)
