NHIỆM VỤ CÔNG VIỆC• Thiết kế các ấn phẩm phục vụ cho hoạt động truyền thông, marketing liên quan đến hoạt động bán hàng các dự án bất động sản thương mại, bất động sản nghỉ dưỡng như mẫu quảng cáo (ad banner), ảnh động, infographic, email marketing, biển tấm lớn, phướn, standee, backdrop, bandroll, thư mời, voucher, landing page, giao diện website…• Lên ý tưởng và thiết kế các ấn phẩm phục vụ hoạt động truyền thông - marketing của các đơn vị dịch vụ nghỉ dưỡng trong hệ thống trên các kênh online/offline phù hợp từng chiến dịch.• Quản lý chất lượng hệ thống thiết kế online/offline và nhận diện thương hiệu từng dự án của các đơn vị đại lý bán hàng hoặc đối tác nhằm đảm bảo tính nhất quán của các thương hiệu.• Phối hợp các phòng ban liên quan trong việc xây dựng, in ấn và sản xuất các công cụ marketing, tài liệu bán hàng (bộ hình ảnh dự án, website, virtual tour, sa bàn,…);• Các hoạt động khác theo phân công của Ban Lãnh đạo.

MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
– Chịu trách nhiệm thực hiện sản xuất các video trên các kênh truyền thông mạng xã hội (Tiktok,
Facebook, Youtube, Website và các kênh media khác).
– Xây dựng ý tưởng, phát triển các kênh social của công ty (Tiktok, Facebook).
– Quay phim, dựng phim phục vụ cho sản phẩm, sự kiện, hoạt động của công ty.
– Chụp ảnh, chỉnh sửa ảnh cho các sự kiện đối nội, đối ngoại của công ty.
– Hỗ trợ thiết kế các ấn phẩm in ấn quảng cáo, sự kiện của công ty (tờ rơi, standee, backdrop,
brochure, catalogue, packaging,…).
– Hỗ trợ các chương trình marketing, quảng cáo, sự kiện của công ty.
– Các công việc khác của phòng Marketing và công ty.

YÊU CẦU CHUNG
– Sử dụng thành thạo Capcut, Canva, các phần mềm hỗ trợ thiết kế bằng Ai.
– Biết sử dụng các phần mềm Ai, Photoshop, Illstrator, Indesign.
– Có khả năng sáng tạo, bắt trend tốt, có khiếu thẩm mỹ.
– Kinh nghiệm ít nhất 1 năm ở vị trí tương đương.
– Chủ động – Ham học hỏi – Chịu được áp lực công việc là ưu tiên hàng đầu.
