Job PurposeThe Service Incident Manager is responsible for managing End-to-End incident handling, from activating incident response team following to process to communicating; managing every stakeholders and reporting.Key Accountabilities (1)• Collaborate with the appropriate departments to deeply understand the TCB eco-system, as a basis for the efficiency incident handling.• Provide strategic leadership and meticulous oversight of the incident management process.• Allocate resources, including personnel, tools, and infrastructure, to promptly address incidents and ensure effective resource utilization.• Monitor the workload of the incident response team for smooth operations during the incident management process.• Coordinate with related teams involved in incident response and delegate tasks to specific team members, including technical support teams, IT operations teams, and external vendors. They facilitate communication between stakeholders, provide regular updates on the status of incidents, and manage expectations regarding resolution timelines.• Facilitate decision-making processes, guiding teams in identifying and implementing effective solutions to resolve incidents promptly.• Lead the investigation of incidents to determine their root causes and underlying issues. They oversee the implementation of corrective and preventive measures to address root causes and prevent recurrence of incidents in the future.• Drive efforts for ongoing improvement by conducting post-incident reviews and applying insights gained to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the incident management process. 1. Tiếp nhận và thu thập dữ liệu- Thu thập các dữ liệu cần thiết đến từ nhiều nguồn khác nhau, như CSDL nội bộ, mạng xã hội, mẫu khảo sát, ý kiến sinh viên và phụ huynh,...2. Development of backend systems with the following responsibilities:- Requirement Analysis: communicating with PM (Product Manager) to get, understand and analysis requirement via Scrum planning or meetings. • Lên ý tưởng, kịch bản và thiết kế các ấn phẩm sử dụng trên các kênh digital marketing của công ty: Website, Fanpage, Zalo, Tiktok, Youtube,…
• Quay phim, chụp ảnh, thiết kế và sản xuất hậu kỳ, dựng phim (âm thanh, hình ảnh, kỹ xảo…) sản phẩm truyền thông đa phương tiện của công ty
• Thực hiện chụp/quay và chỉnh sửa hình ảnh/video sản phẩm dự án theo yêu cầu.
• Hỗ trợ các hoạt động marketing, truyền thông đa phương tiện khác trong phạm vi công việc.
• Công việc chủ yếu: 75% design, 25% quay – dựng.

Yêu cầu:
• Có ít nhất 1 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương.
• Sử dụng thành tạo các phần mềm chuyên dụng hỗ trợ cho việc sản xuất các sản phẩm truyền thông đa phương tiện hình ảnh, video/ audio,… (Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator,…).
• Khả năng thiết kế hình ảnh, quay – dựng video, chụp hình,…
• Sáng tạo, tư duy và đam mê thiết kế, tìm tòi xu hướng đồ hoạ mới.
• Có mắt thẩm mỹ tốt, sáng tạo và nắm bắt xu hướng thiết kế.
• Các bạn có sẵn trang thiết bị quay chụp sẽ là lợi thế, tuy nhiên công ty vẫn hỗ trợ đầy đủ nếu bạn chưa có.
