1/ Thực hiện các công việc đầu ca

• Phối hợp với bếp trưởng hoặc bếp phó kiểm tra hàng hóa, thực phẩm nhập vào bao gồm cả số lượng và chất lượng
• Kiểm tra nguyên liệu, thực phẩm tồn từ ca làm việc trước để có hướng xử lý phù hợp, hạn chế tối đa tình trạng lãng phí nguyên liệu; đồng thời lên kế hoạch order hàng hóa
• Chuẩn bị các nguyên liệu, vật dụng, thiết bị chế biến món ăn
• Cập nhật và thông báo các món ăn tạm ngừng phục vụ hoặc các món ăn đặc biệt trong ngày cho nhân viên bếp và các bộ phận có liên quan biết

2/ Trực tiếp chế biến món ăn

• Tiếp nhận order của khách hàng, thực hiện phân công các công việc cho nhân viên bếp
• Thực hiện tẩm ướp nguyên liệu phù hợp cho từng món ăn theo chuẩn nhà hàng
• Trực tiếp chế biến món ăn theo đúng quy trình, tiêu chuẩn của nhà hàng; đảm bảo tuân thủ quy định về vệ sinh an toàn thực phẩm, nội quy an toàn lao động trong bếp
• Thực hiện công đoạn trang trí món ăn sau chế biến theo chuẩn nhà hàng.

3/ Thực hiện các công việc đóng ca

• Thực hiện vệ sinh khu vực chế biến, vệ sinh các dụng cụ dùng để chế biến món ăn theo quy định
• Sắp xếp các dụng cụ chế biến, máy móc, thiết bị, các loại gia vị, nguyên liệu nấu ăn ngăn nắp, đúng nơi quy định
• Chịu trách nhiệm bảo quản các nguyên vật liệu tồn vào cuối ca
• Cùng các nhân viên khác thực hiện tổng kết vệ sinh bếp trước khi kết thúc ca làm việc
• Kiểm tra các hệ thống ga, đèn, quạt đã được tắt; tủ mát, tủ lạnh vẫn hoạt động đúng nhiệt độ tiêu chuẩn quy định trước khi kết thúc ca làm việc
• Tổng hợp các order trong ngày vào báo cáo và chuyển cho thu ngân
• Bàn giao công việc cho ca làm việc sau, đóng ca.
• Hàng ngày hoặc đột xuất báo cáo công việc trong bếp cho bếp trưởng khi được yêu cầu
• Thực hiện các công việc khác theo sự phân công của cấp trên

• Đối chiếu các đơn đặt hàng và yêu cầu mua hàng để đặt hàng từ Trung Quốc.
• Tương tác tốt, xây dựng mối quan hệ với các nhà cung cấp từ Trung Quốc.
• Theo dõi và cập nhật quá trình giao hàng.
• Nhận và đánh giá chất lượng hàng hoá, xử lý theo quy định của công ty với trường hợp hàng không như hàng mẫu, không tuân theo hợp đồng, hư hỏng, không đúng số lượng,...
• Nhận hoá đơn yêu cầu thanh toán từ nhà cung cấp.
• Tạo và lưu trữ tất cả các báo cáo đơn hàng.
• Quản lý mọi hoạt động mua hàng từ Trung Quốc.
• Nghiên cứu và đánh giá các nhà cung cấp hiện tại và tìm kiếm nhà cung cấp tiềm năng.
• Đàm phán hợp đồng với nhà cung cấp, tập trung vào điều khoản có lợi cho công ty.

• Nắm vững kiến thức về sản phẩm, Chịu trách nhiệm tư vấn, giới thiệu sản phẩm đến khách hàng
• Đề xuất các ưu đãi và sản phẩm mới đến khách hàng
• Thực hiện công việc bán hàng, làm thủ tục bán hàng cho khách
• Kiểm soát và đảm bảo hàng hóa tại cửa hàng luôn đầy đủ
• Đảm bảo vệ sinh khu vực. Sắp xếp dụng cụ và nguyên liệu gọn gàng, đúng nơi quy định
• Trưng bày sản phẩm theo quy định
• Các công việc khác phục vụ hoạt động của cửa hàng theo sự phân công của cấp trên.

- Thời gian làm việc: 18h-06h, ca 12 tiếng

- Trực quầy Lễ tân khách sạn theo sự chỉ định của Công ty.

- Tiếp nhận, làm thủ tục nhận phòng & trả phòng đúng theo quy trình của Công ty đã được đào tạo.

- Xác nhận công nợ và thu tiền khách hàng theo phí dịch vụ lưu trú trên hệ thống.

- Tiếp nhận thông tin, phản hồi và cung cấp dịch vụ tương ứng cho khách lưu trú theo tiêu chuẩn của Công ty.

- Sắp xếp, ghi nhận lại lịch dọn phòng với nhân viên dọn phòng theo sự chỉ đạo của Công ty.

- Phối hợp với các bộ phận khác đảm bảo hệ thống vận hành và bảo quản tài sản của Công ty.

• Đánh giá bảo mật hệ thống thông tin và các sản phẩm số bằng việc dò quét các lỗ hổng bảo mật về hệ thống, mạng, ứng dụng và lập thành báo cáo.
• Quản lý các hệ thống an toàn bảo mật.
• Quản lý các sự cố, rủi ro về an toàn bảo mật.
• Phối hợp với các nhà cung cấp dịch vụ an toàn bảo mật về các vấn đề kỹ thuật khi cần thiết.
• Phối hợp khắc phục hệ thống thông tin liên quan an toàn bảo mật.
• Phối hợp các phòng ban liên quan cập nhật kịp thời hệ thống thông tin (áp dụng các bản vá lỗi bảo mật, hotfix...).
• Tư vấn hỗ trợ bảo mật cho các dự án.
• Thực hiện những công việc phát sinh khác theo yêu cầu phù hợp phạm vi công việc.

• Quản lý hoạt động của các sàn kinh doanh bao gồm 20 Chuyên viên Tư vấn (Công ty có sẵn).
• Phối hợp cùng với GĐ khối kinh doanh, Giám đốc sàn xây dựng kế hoạch kinh doanh và hoàn thành chỉ tiêu kinh doanh được giao.
• Phối hợp với bộ phận marketing của công ty thông qua các kế hoạch truyền thông tiếp thị, quảng cáo cho từng dự án, xây dựng kế hoạch kinh doanh.
• Hỗ trợ nhân viên trong việc đàm phán, thương lượng, chốt các giao dịch với khách hàng.
• Chịu trách nhiệm phát triển đội ngũ kinh doanh của sàn ổn định, chuyên nghiệp, trong sạch, vững mạnh, tăng cường quản lý và phát triển chuyên môn.
• Tham gia đào tạo, huấn luyện, chia sẻ kỹ năng cho Chuyên viên tư vấn toàn Công ty khi có yêu cầu.
• Kiểm tra, giám sát và báo cáo kết quả công việc kinh doanh của sàn cho ban Giám đốc kinh doanh (GĐKD).

1. Phát triển ứng dụng

• Lập kế hoạch và tổ chức phát triển các ứng dụng nội bộ nhằm tự động hóa quy trình vận hành, quản trị và báo cáo
• Trực tiếp tham gia hoặc định hướng thiết kế kiến trúc ứng dụng, lựa chọn công nghệ phù hợp (Python, Django/Flask, API, Microservices)
• Kiểm soát chất lượng lập trình, review code, chuẩn hóa quy trình phát triển phần mềm (Git, CI/CD, Docker)
• Phối hợp với các bộ phận chuyên môn để phân tích yêu cầu, đề xuất giải pháp kỹ thuật phù hợp với thực tế vận hành

2. Quản lý hệ thống SAP S/4HANA

• Chịu trách nhiệm vận hành ổn định hệ thống SAP S/4HANA phục vụ các hoạt động vận hành doanh nghiệp
• Phối hợp với Vendor và các phòng ban nội bộ để triển khai, nâng cấp, mở rộng và customize các module SAP (FI, CO, MM, PP, SD,…)
• Tổ chức phân tích, tối ưu quy trình nghiệp vụ trên SAP, đảm bảo tính hiệu quả, chính xác, tuân thủ quy định nội bộ

3. Các công việc khác

• Xây dựng các giải pháp tích hợp (Integration) giữa SAP với các hệ thống vệ tinh khác (CRM, HRM, Website) thông qua API/Python
• Đóng vai trò Project Manager cho các dự án công nghệ: Lập kế hoạch, phân bổ nguồn lực, ngân sách theo dõi tiến độ và kiểm soát chất lượng (Quality Control).
• Quản lý đội ngũ và chuẩn hóa tài liệu, quy trình vận hành hệ thống

- Management project (AWS, ZWTL, GHG, environment license, …)

- Managing measurement for quality test monthly (drink water, city water, waste water)

- Management environment measurement quarterly with vendor (air emission, waste water, storm water, sludge)

- Management working environment measurement (air quality, poison gas)

- Managing the waste storage area and waste collection vendors.

- Training on environment and chemical for employees (regular, new hire).

- Manage environment KPI, N-EHS, pre-evaluation/completion project.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and manage relationships with manufacturing and dealer customers in the sealing and bonding segment.

About the job

We are looking for a Senior/Lead Backend Developer to join our team and build robust, scalable, and secure backend systems for our education management platform, including eSchool (academic management system) and Student Portal. The role focuses on backend development with Node.js or Java Spring Boot, and frontend development with Vue.js or React.js. You will also support system integrations and database operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain backend services using Node.js or Java Spring Boot.

• Build user interfaces with Vue.js + Vuetify (for School Management) and React.js (for Student Portal).

• Integrate external systems such as eSchool, CRM, and CDP… through APIs.

• Build and optimize database schemas and stored procedures in SQL Server and MySQL.

• Develop import/export pipelines for Excel/CSV files (e.g., gradebook, tuition fees), including validation and error handling.

• Implement authentication and authorization (JWT, OAuth, Role-Based Access Control).

• Ensure security, data integrity, and performance optimization of backend services.

• Collaborate with frontend developers and education staff to translate academic workflows into reliable backend solutions.

The PMO/ Rollout Planner is responsible for assisting the Senior Store Development Director in driving comprehensive planning and project management across the store development lifecycle in alignment with the company’s growth plan. The role provides critical support in developing plans, schedules, coordinating deliverables, and managing cross-functional workflows across Concept & Planning, Design, Construction, and Rollout teams. This position ensures that store opening and renovation programs are realistically planned, closely tracked, and delivered on time, while strengthening project governance, ensuring smooth handover to Operations, and maintaining clear alignment among all stakeholders for consistent, high-quality store development execution.

Key Accountabilities

Rollout Process Development

• Support the Senior Store Development Director in establishing and maintaining rollout processes, templates, and documentation discipline across the store development lifecycle.
• Track and control approvals, change requests, and deviations to ensure compliance with rollout processes and company policies.
• Control structured project documentation, including milestone logs, decision registers, and lessons learned.
• Design, build, and maintain planning and control tools (dashboards, trackers, workflows) and analyze schedule, progress, and risk data to improve visibility and discipline.
• Support project budget tracking by consolidating cost data, monitoring actual versus plan, and highlighting variances and risks.
• Propose and implement continuous improvement of project processes, and workflows.

Project Management & Rollout Coordination

• Develop and maintain integrated master schedules for store openings, renovations, and rollout programs aligned with expansion plans.
• Consolidate cross-functional inputs from Concept & Planning, Design, Construction, and other relevant teams to define realistic timelines, dependencies, critical paths, and sequencing plans.
• Manage rollout calendars and multi-project sequencing to optimize resource allocation and timeline efficiency.
• Track progress across construction, site readiness, and FF&E delivery, proactively working with stakeholders to resolve delays, risks, and constraints.
• Manage project readiness, review milestones and handover checklists to ensure projects are prepared for formal handover to Store Operations.
• Monitor rollout execution quality and escalate issues where required.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Reporting

• Work closely with Store Development (Concept & Planning, Design, Construction), Expansion, Store Operations, and relevant stakeholders to ensure cross-functional alignment of timelines, priorities, and deliverables across projects and rollout programs.
• Facilitate cross-functional progress meetings, track decisions, risks, and action items to closure.
• Manage and streamline cross-functional information flow to support integrated planning and realistic delivery commitments.
• Prepare and maintain project dashboards, progress reports, and executive summaries for the Senior Store Development Director and relevant Committees.
• Ensure consistent, accurate, and timely communication of project status, risks, and dependencies to support effective decision-making.
