- Kiểm tra chất lượng, GMP, độ an toàn trên dây chuyền sản xuất;

Trách nhiệm:

• Theo dõi các Phiếu đề nghị sửa chữa từ bộ phận Lễ tân.
• Sắp xếp gọn gàng các biểu mẫu, sơ đồ mặt bằng, hợp đồng ... Đảm bảo rằng Văn phòng Kỹ thuật được giữ sạch sẽ.
• Giám sát tất cả các Nhà thầu có liên quan đang làm việc trên các tài sản của Dự án, theo dõi, kiểm tra việc các nhà thầu có tuân thủ các tài liệu lắp đặt hay không (sơ đồ mặt bằng, hệ thống dây điện ...). Trong trường hợp nhà thầu vi phạm, ngay lập tức ngừng công việc và báo cáo với Trưởng ca kỹ thuật hoặc / và Chief Engineering
• Báo cáo tất cả thông tin liên quan đến tài sản và công việc đã thực hiện vào sổ nhật ký.
• Thực hiện theo ca trực (ca sáng, chiều, đêm) & sự phân công của Trưởng ca kỹ thuật. Đảm bảo luồng thông tin được tiến hành bằng cách đọc sổ nhật ký và bàn giao ca

Manage Hiep Phuoc Factory (including power supply and automation system) by planning, organizing, and follow up maintenance of the assets and property to ensure reliable and cost-efficient operations and quality. More details as below:- Ensure that internal and external HSEQ requirements are followed;- Ensure that proactive maintenance work keeps or increases current production capacity and quality;- Manage maintenance staffs by ensuring that the tasks in their areas are executed as planned according to procedures, in an efficient way, and with the right quality;- Lead the procedure related to control the software and industrial network security for all automation system at factory;- Lead the team in line with Leadership Expectations and tools to develop, coach, and guide its members to ensure a workforce that is competent, engaged, and enabled to meet Jotun’s current and future needs;- Monitor and evaluate service contractors and review supplier performance (such as working with automation service provider/ experts to perform the remote service);- Actively work together with operations to develop operations equipment to improve efficiency and/or quality;- Coordinate maintenance work with affected area owners to plan work orders appropriately;- Implement root cause analysis on reoccurring or critical breakdowns and failures;- Ensure that the Matrix Maintenance System responsibility area is always up to date, at least data from work orders.

JOB SUMMARYThe Production Planning Assistant will be responsible for production scheduling and shipment control at Factory can be efficient in term of Planning, Controlling, and Cost.
