- Theo dõi, kiểm tra và kiểm soát tất cả các khoản thanh toán trước khi thực hiện.
- Kiểm tra, đối chiếu số liệu, sổ sách thu – chi.
- Kiểm tra, hạch toán các nghiệp vụ kế toán. Lập các báo cáo nội bộ theo yêu cầu giám đốc.
- Kiểm tra đối chiếu số liệu giữa các đơn vị nội bộ, dữ liệu chi tiết và tổng hợp.
- Xuất hóa đơn GTGT, theo dõi kiểm tra tất cả các hóa đơn khai thuế hàng tháng.
- Hạch toán nghiệp vụ phát sinh, chứng từ, sổ sách kế toán trên phần mềm Misa.
- Theo dõi hạch toán công nợ phải thu, phải trả.
- Thực hiện kê khai và nộp báo cáo định kỳ theo quy định pháp luật: Tờ khai thuế GTGT, tờ khai Thuế TNCN, BCTC năm.
- Thực hiện nhiệm vụ khác theo sự phân công của công ty
POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for the cleanliness and hygiene of all food and beverage outlets and the carrying out of setting food handling duties when required. Adhere to local regulations concerning health, safety, or other compliance requirements, as well as brand standards and local policies and procedures.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Cleaning, checking and maintaining of dishwashing machines to a good condition and in continual working order.
- Assist the chefs with preparation and/or general kitchen duties.
- Work in accordance with the daily production schedule.
- Ensure a constant and sufficient supply of equipment and clean utensils to all outlets at all times.
- Collection of all garbage and maintain the cleanliness of bins and garbage room at all times.
- Maintain the cleanliness and conduct regular checks on the staff dining area to ensure it is clean, tidy and replenished.
- Mise en Place and food preparation.
- Assist with Food presentation.
- Assist with the receival and storage of goods.
- Maintain hygienic standards and practices.
- Actively pursuing cost saving measures.
- Recycle where-ever possible.
- Work in line with business needs.
- Complete the other tasks and jobs which assigned by the leader.
POSITION SUMMARY:
- Under the guidance of the Engineering Department’s Policy & Procedures you will be responsible for the maintenance and working order of the building, its equipment and all physical assets which plays a key role to ensure a great guest and colleague experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Trouble shoot equipment, systems and facilities and make appropriate repairs. Tasks include but are not limited to painting and wallpaper repair, tub and sink repair, outlet and bulb replacement, woodworking, concrete and tile repair.
- Perform preventative maintenance in guest rooms and on equipment including laundry equipment, heating and air conditioner units, ice machines, spa equipment, fire extinguishers, fire/smoke alarms, lawn sprinklers, kitchen appliances and plumbing. Maintenance is performed as required by the manufacturer and in accordance with warranty specifications.
- Perform swimming pool and spa maintenance duties according to manufacturer specifications and local Health Department Regulations.
- Assist with outdoor seasonal work including lawn mowing and snow removal.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the engineering shop and any other areas that work may be performed.
- Log readings from meters, gauges and other measuring units as required.
- Communicate changes in room status with Front Desk and Housekeeping.
- Maintain a working knowledge of the Fire Alarms/Life Safety Systems and handle emergencies involving the systems.
- Assist other departments with moving furniture and unloading and storing supplies as needed.
- Provide safe transportation to all guests using the hotel shuttle vehicle as needed.
